After only a few uses the steering stem has so much forward play that I almost wrecked. The proclaimed 4000watts is a lie, my single motor 800watt scooter has more power by far then this scooter running on a single "2000watt" mode even with both motors its not near what it should be power wise maybe 1500 with both motors. My single motor scooter will go around 24mph quickly. This scooter on single motor struggled to hit 15mph and on dual mode it took my entire block to hit 25mph. Currently trying to return and seller is just trying to offer me $80 to keep it so im going to be out $520 on this junk scooter? ... show more

Not impressed at all: - like crank handle vs trigger acceleration - looks cheap put together - power button on the battery is not water proof - screen is extremely small hard to read in motion - suspension is very weak - only has power in duel mode. No power in only rear drive. - 4000W is questionable ( the one i have in Europe 2400W blows this one hands down) - trim is very basic compared to others - no lock for handlebars in the folded position it just fluff around. ... show more

I don't understand why some people are negative; it’s certainly not because of a lack of features—this scooter has it all. The only thing missing is extra lighting for better visibility at night, but that’s something you can easily add later. The display doesn't need to be huge; it’s very easy to program, and you can toggle the front motor on and off with a single button. It hits speeds of 35 mph and supports a weight of 330 pounds. This scooter was a major disappointment. Within approximately 15 minutes of use, the motor stopped working properly and began making a loud grinding noise. It also arrived with missing parts, and the included tool kit was made from such soft, cheap metal that the tools quickly stripped out. The instructions were extremely limited and difficult to understand. The suspension also felt weak, and some components rubbed against the rear tire during use, which raised additional safety and quality concerns. The return process was even worse. I repeatedly requested a prepaid return label, but the third-party seller did not provide one or respond appropriately. I ultimately had to pay approximately $200 out of pocket to return a defective scooter. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding both this product and this seller. Buyers should understand that purchasing from a third-party seller can make resolving defects and returns extremely difficult. Amazon should seriously review whether this product and seller should remain on the platform. ... show more

Must say I am pretty underwhelmed by this unit. Battery life shorter than claimed, feels u see powered - I can’t get it to go over 20mph. You've been misinformed about the weight capacity. It barely hold so three hundred pounds anything over that three fifteen it bottoms out. Even\nAfter going through and tightening all the bolts that needed to be tightened , which was all of them. There. Was too much play in the handlebar shaft. It would cause you to buckle going forwards even at 5 miles an hour.If you attempted to smoothly break. The location of the kickstand doesn't allow it to stand very stable.Because most of the weight of a scooter is in the front in this particular kickstand model is in the back. The controls are very counterintuitive. It appears as though they slapped on aftermarket parts.So the headlight button doesn't work.Also , there is a hidden power button that isn't even mentioned in the instructions. All in all great concept , the n f c 's worked really well , but that is about all I can say that is positive about this particular brand. They would be great if somebody was able to adjust the shocks and maybe two hundred pounds or less. They boast that it is faster than most others and can hold 385LBS. Not in my experience. 1st day got it out of the box, got it tuned, side note , the tool that was provided fell apart. Use my own tools when I tried to go for my first ride I quickly realized it's not gonna work.Started the return process super quick approval.However , they want me to print a label and pay for my own return shipping fees. Thumbs down Also , so so far , the return process has been very daunting. I've already ordered and received another scooter in the time.It's taken for them to issue me a refund which still has not been issued. ... show more

I love my scooter it’s awesome but real miles r about 25 30 depending how you drive ..it goes 37 mph I’m also only 175 keep that in mind your weight effects the mileage & speed I drove it 250 miles in a week so far it’s holding pretty nice max I got to was 39 miles..I use it every day..it’s heavy as far as picking up but will fit Ina bak seat easy even in a Chevy cruise..battery is ok I drive all around they city on a single charge this is great for commuting to work..I liked the price for wat I got ... show more
