Great scooter for teens
Bought this scooter for son who is turning 14 years old. He wanted something a little more faster then what I got him previously when he was younger. I was a little worried about how much assembly there might be but it wasn't bad at all. All we had to do was screw on the handlebars and the kickstand and that's it. This scooter does top speed of around 32mph so it is quite fast for a scooter. It is quite large and does have the fat tires, which is good and can handle pretty much any type of road surface. Do not buy it!
I'll give it "0" star! This product was a lie. The display doesn't have a phone charger port. When is charger the battery the charger gets so warm. It's not stable. I tied the screws but one of these screws is loose(the one I never touched). I almost fall like 3 times. Also is too heavy. After all those issues, one more came out. Now it has "error 007" in the display. The Scooter now is useless. I tried to return it but they asked me to pay the shipping. One I came to shipping company the want to charge me $500 to return it. IT'S INSANE!! is like I am going to lose $500 bucks! Now I've been in touch with customer care of Ebike but they don't resolve my problem. They take too much time to answer. It's been almost 2 weeks since I reported the issues still is not resolved. ... show more

Not as advertised
It won't go over 22 mph. Doesn't work in 2 inches of sand. There a cruise type control i don't care for. I'm not impressed after a couple of weeks using it.

Big Power, Smaller Price Tag: Putting This 4000W Beast to the Test
Solid Power, Great Build, and good Value I picked up this 4000W scooter recently for a descent price, and it has easily exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a reliable, heavy-duty ride without spending a fortune, this is a fantastic option. Right out of the box, the build quality stands out. It feels nice and sturdy with zero loose parts or cheap-feeling plastics, giving you a lot of confidence when you're moving at higher speeds. Despite riding it a lot already, everything is holding up great with no signs of premature wear, so the durability is definitely there. On top of being tough, it is surprisingly comfortable to ride. The deck space is good, and it absorbs bumps well enough to make longer trips smooth and enjoyable. Operation is straightforward and easy to use, making it simple to get the hang of right away. Battery life is also a major plus—it lasts a long time on a single charge, letting you get plenty of miles in before needing to plug back in. The only minor thing to note is the top speed. While it's advertised at 37 mph, it doesn't quite hit that mark. It gets pretty close depending on rider weight, but expect it to top out slightly under that claim. Even so, it has plenty of acceleration and power to spare. Overall, the quality and performance you get for the price make this an absolute winner. Highly recommended if you want a rugged, long-lasting scooter that delivers serious performance. Only reason I'm putting 4 stars is because the top speed is not what it says it is. ... show more

Quality construction and durable.
I bought this as a gift for my adult son. He loves it. He told me that this one is nicer than the one that he had been considering. He was very impressed with the smooth ride. I have never seen him this happy over any other gift that I have given him!

Not too bad instruction manual didn’t show me how to put it together but pretty much straight forward and easy to do very good string well built test it and got 21miles out of it shouldn’t have speed could’ve gotten more range out of it and my charge port door fell off but getting it replace suspension very good went over a speed bump and some rough roads in my area and felt very smooth battery lasted great and good power very strong going up hills but need better instruction manual though but most of it in there is good though also another thing doesn’t have that port for charging your phone on there so I’m not sure where they got that from ... show more
