This scooter is lightweight but still powerful enough for me to ride around. I’m a fairly big guy at about 200LB and it still rides with ease. The build quality is good and the throttle is responsive. I do not know how to lock it though, likely will need a chain lock to be able to lock it to the light poles outside. The break is a little bit too sensitive and strong. I definitely recommend always riding it with helmet on to prevent any injury. I just moved to a new apartment and got this scooter to help me commute to work. It does a great job getting me there fast. It goes pretty fast and although I don't usually go full speed it is nice that the power helps me go up hills with ease. The battery seems to work well. I've never had a problem with it dying when I needed to use it. I specifically bought this scooter over others because it hooks up to my phone. This is a really nice escooter. It only requires that you install four screws with the provided wrench to attach the handle. It's a bit tricky to fold the handle down, as you have to push it just right. It has three modes, of which I chose Eco as the sport mode results in the scooter taking off quite quickly. It's easy to balance on and only takes a couple minutes to master the balance. The hardest part for everyone was remembering the hand brake. You don't come to a sudden stop, so if you are going fast, you have to watch yourself. It also carries larger people, but can be challenged going up inclines with heavier loads. The battery lasted a really long time. It seems well made and is nice looking. It fit easily into the trunk of the car. It's not too heavy. It's comfortable to stand on. It's priced within the range of similar scooters. It does have options for color or to have a seat if you prefer. We didn't need the app for anything we did, but there is one available. You can use it to track, change the settings instead of using the screen on the scooter, and also lock it. This scooter is a good size, but not light enough to sling about to carry. This scooter is a fun, well-built tool. I mostly use it for commuting to work and riding around the lake on sunny weekends. I used to have one with uneven power delivery, but this one provides smooth, consistent power, making it both safer and more enjoyable to ride.

It was well packed, and the scooter definitely exceeded my expectations! Easy setup, and I can adjust the settings either through the control panel at the top or via the app. My wife and I appreciate that I can also lock the scooter using the app and set the top speed for each mode individually. That's a great feature when we don't want the kid to use it without us around. We had a fun ride today and really loved it.
