I enjoyed this scooter. I felt it was built well and did the speed it advertised. It has the hard wheels so the ride is not as smooth as others but I think the hard rubber tires really are best so you don’t have to worry about getting a flat tire. The one issue I had on this was the battery did not have as long of life as I expected as well as I felt that it never got a full charge. At one point, I plugged it in and the noise it made scared me so I never plugged it in again. I realize that anytime you’re dealing with batteries you have to give some grace because one battery out of 100 can be bad. Ultimately I did return this scooter, but had no issues in doing so. When I’m ready to purchase another scooter, this one will probably be the one that I choose. I should also add that I am 60 years old and had no issue riding this.

This scooter is awesome! I LOVE it!! So much to talk about here so bear with me... I've been wanting one of these for a while. I was concerned about the noise some of these scooters make when riding... but this scooter is super, SUPER quiet!! I have never seen another scooter as quiet as this one is... even at it's top speed. No wonder it comes with a bell hahaha... you'll need to warn others that you are approaching! Here is what I found with this scooter. 1. It is SUPER quiet!! - I was concerned about the noise other scooters make when riding... but this scooter is very quiet!! I have never seen another scooter as quiet as this one is... even at it's top speed. No wonder it comes with a bell hahaha... you'll need to warn others that you are approaching! 2. Adjustable Speeds! - This scooter will link up with your smart phone. There is an app you'll have to download, but... pish... not a big deal at all. Was super easy and fast. On the App, you can govern the speed of the scooter! For example, lets say your younger child (11 or 12 years old...) wants to ride the electric scooter while you and your partner go for a walk. You might have concerns about him or her going way too fast, or getting too far ahead of you. No worries... set the scooter to "walk mode", and it will limit the max speed of the scooter to only about 4 mph. Maybe your kid is a little older and you are okay with him or her going a bit faster. No problem, set the scooter to "Eco Mode", and they are now limited to a max speed of about 10 mph. I personally LOVE this feature with my own kids!! What a smart Idea!!! 3. Lights! - Yes this scooter has a headlight and a tail light. I would guess they are about 80 lumens. So not too bright, but if you are running the scooter in "night mode", then the speed will adjust to a slower pace to give you more reaction time. The headlight can be activated on or off using the power button. Personally, I like the headlight, but didn't feel it was bright enough, so I added one of my bike lights to the handle bar that is about 1200 lumens. So.... plenty of light now. Night riding is a blast. 4. Holy Battery Life! - I also love that this has a huge battery life. I haven't even come close to draining the battery yet. It claims it has about a 20 mile range... which is HUGE! BUT... it doesn't clarify what mode it was in, or what type of terrain it was on. So I would assume it is a 20 mile range in 'eco mode' on flat terrain only, with a moderate weight rider. So take that with a grain of salt. Nevertheless, I still have yet to run the battery down. The longest we have went on a charge was about 10 miles in a single afternoon on mostly flat terrain with a few hills. So I think it was awesome! 5. Very Compact! - So the scooter has a quick release below the stem at the base. Release it and the scooter can fold down and is extremely easy to carry. My 12 year old has no issue taking it up and down the stairs. the locking mechanism is on the handle bars and is permanent. 6. The Power! - This scooter has some power behind it. I weigh just over 180 lbs., and it doesn't seem to effect the performance at all. It does lag a tinny bit pulling me up a hill at full power... but only ever so slightly. I have even ridden this with myself AND my 12 year old girl at the same time which, (disclaimer...haha) obviously is NOT recommended by the supplier and probably not safe, nevertheless... we did it anyways, and it was powering ahead just fine. No issues. 7. No Flats!! - This scooter uses solid rubber tires with air cavities for a smoother ride. So, yes they are solid, but they aren't so hard as to make the ride unpleasant. And it goes without saying... peace of mind not having to deal with a flat. 8. Disc Brakes - Yes this does have some stopping power. The disc brakes are quiet and very effective. Remember to keep the disc clean! DO NOT get oil on it... that includes touching it with your fingers! Use gloves and brake disc cleaner if needed or if they start to squeal. The negatives: 1. Lack of money to buy more than one. - If I had the money, I would get one of these for every member of my family. This thing is an absolute ball! This would be so much fun to have one for each member to ride along river trails. 2. Only having one of these because of reason #1. haha.. Overall, this is TON's of fun!! I love the features, the ride, the app, the feel and the peace of mind. Two other items I did add to this (besides the headlight...) was a front handle bar case for carrying treats and water, and an Airtag to track it and keep it from being stolen. I did have to bolt the Airtag device to the base plate. If you do this... Please be careful and do NOT drill into the battery compartment!!! I can now constantly track the scooter. Honestly, I can't say enough about this scooter! It is an absolute ball! Love scooting around with this thing! Freaking awesome!

It is fast but the battery doesn’t stay charged .. the wiring is not good the two bolts in the hand wires keep coming out we have had to go to Lowe’s and replace one. but on the brighter side, it did ship fast and my son did get two weeks of good use out of it.

For reference I'm a 6' tall, 200 lb. guy. I got my kids matching electric scooters for Christmas, so I figured I should have something, too. Of course, I wasn't going to be able to ride a kid's scooter, being a lot bigger. So I ordered this in hopes that it could handle my weight. I took it out for a spin and I'm happy to say that it lives up to all of the info that is stated in the description. It tops out at 19mph, it has three different modes, it has very effective brakes, it has a headlight AND taillight, and the app functionality is solid. There is even a cruise function where you don't have to hold down the accelerator if you maintain a specific speed for more than five seconds. The tires are pretty wide, making them good for both pavement and gravel. It was even able to push me up a small hill without losing speed. It is an all-around solid choice for a very reasonable price.

this bike is honestly very sleek and very smooth to use. it goes pretty fast and it’s very convenient to use especially on a university campus. the size is also pretty good. it’s not too big or too small. but, unfortunately, the battery life is confusing. there have been times where in the scooter, the battery is at 4 lights and other times 3 and then goes back to 4. on the app, the battery goes from 69% to then 75%. this can honestly be very confusing and possibly dangerous. in both occasions, i have not charged it. i don’t know what’s going on but i would like an explanation.
