this scooter honestly feels like a beast. super sturdy, fat tires, and just built solid all the way around. right when i unboxed it i could tell it was made better than most of the scooters i’ve had before. everything was packed clean and tight, no scratches or loose parts. setup was way easier than i expected too, all i had to do was slide the seat in, tighten it down. All I used to put it together was with an allen wrench, compared to other scooters with seats that take forever to put together, this one was quick and easy. i was riding it like 10 minutes after opening the box. the first thing i noticed riding it was how smooth it feels.. the seat’s nice and sturdy, it just rides solid. i really like how you can toggle the lights on and off too. the headlight’s bright, brake lights work perfect, and it gives it a cool look when you’re riding at night. i’ve been taking it around the neighborhood and it turns heads for sure. people ask about it because it looks so well built compared to those smaller skinny scooters. the motor has a good kick to it, goes at a nice speed that’s fast enough to be fun but not scary fast. it’s quiet too, which i like. overall i’m really impressed. for the price, this thing gives serious bang for your buck. feels like a heavy-duty scooter that’s gonna last a long time. i can tell they didn’t cheap out on materials or build quality. if you want a scooter with a seat that’s strong, comfortable, easy to set up, and actually feels premium, this is definitely the one. 5 stars all the way 🙏🔥 ... show more

    • The battery was ineffective after it died.
I would not say this thing would take you 18 miles long. More like, 5-8 miles. The ride quality was very smooth, I loved it. The battery life isn't the best. With 600W motor, I mean I basically take it to and from work, and I work .8 miles away. When I'm back home it's basically on it's last leg. It has great breaks. I would say this e-scooter is great if you've got a kid that's 2-3 miles away from school and they live too close for the bus to pick them up. It's also really hard to get this thing to fold, which is unfortunate. I don't understand why they would design it that way. Portability is a huge factor for these things. It's very light though, so if you have to take your escooter up and down the stairs like me? This won't be a problem. ... show more

Horrible company!! Do NOT buy from them! Bought this as a birthday gift, after spending over $400 on this product, it arrived with a defective wheel. It is not safe to ride, it would explode the first time ridden, as it has a MASSIVE sidewall bubble. I reached out to company to JUST get a replacement wheel (would gladly send back other wheel for new one). They have not responded to messages, or email requesting a new one. They Will also not send a non-defective wheel. So now I have to send back the whole product and return this birthday gift because they could be bothered to actually do any sort of customer service. NOT A SAFE PRODUCT, or a reputable company. ... show more

I love the scooter I weight 240 and it goes a nice speed but it struggles to go up a hill, real struggles but on flat ground it is the best.

This is actually the best electric scooter for the price. I've seen 300 dollar scooters at Walmart which go max 16 mph and 16 mile range. with bad features. This scooter is extremely fast, has lights, led rainbow lights, a horn, turn signals, brakes that automatically turn on the lights to notify drivers. The chair is extremely comfy and has suspension becuase I've noticed when I ride standing up vs sitting , i can barely feel a thing when I'm sitting since there is seat suspension. The app is great too. it shows location, to lock it, adjust max speed and cruise control and everything setting you could think of. I cant believe I got this for such a great price.
