I really love this electric scooter! It’s super easy to use, I can go up to 19 MPH, but the fastest I’ve gone is 15mph because I’m still new and don’t want to fall. I wasn’t expecting to like this scooter as much as I do, but it’s been great so far. The setup was quick, and the build quality feels solid right out of the box. The motor has plenty of power for everyday use, and the ride feels smoother than I expected. I’ve been using it for quick trips around town, and the battery has been holding up really well. Braking is strong and predictable, and the lights are bright enough that I feel comfortable riding in the evening. Folding it up is simple, and the whole thing is easier to carry than I thought it would be. The app features are a nice bonus, especially the ability to lock the scooter when I leave it outside a store. Overall, it’s been a really solid purchase. I’m having a blast with this scooter. It’s fast, smooth, and makes riding around feel effortless and fun. I can hit good speeds easily and it accelerates well. It's also able to easily supports both me and my kids when we ride together. It comes fully assembled, you simply have to put 2 screws in, and you're good to go! One of the best parts is the battery life. I can get a full day’s worth of riding on a single charge without worrying about it dying on me. It performs pretty well, however the suspensions are just for show, so if you're looking to buy it because of the suspensions,I would suggest getting the one with either the seat or something else. The range is very good and the speed is quite decent, so those are big pluses.

I bought this scooter a few weeks ago to cut down my walk to the train station and it honestly makes the trip there so much fun. The 19mph top speed feels surprisingly zippy, and I love not having to worry about flats with the solid tires. It folds up quickly enough to carry into the office without a hassle, and the battery easily lasts me a few days of short trips before needing a charge. You will not be getting 21 miles from this product. Not happening, no way, Not even close. 3 stars because it is affordable and still may be worth the 250 but the minus of stars is the false advertising.

Easy to use even with cell phone and locking. Love how it's design to fold and use. The range of how far or fast it can go is good for city and towns. The weight was heavier then I expected but not bad. Good size im 5'6 around 200 and it seems great.
