I’m having a blast with this scooter. It’s fast, smooth, and makes riding around feel effortless and fun. I can hit good speeds easily and it accelerates well. It's also able to easily supports both me and my kids when we ride together. It comes fully assembled, you simply have to put 2 screws in, and you're good to go! One of the best parts is the battery life. I can get a full day’s worth of riding on a single charge without worrying about it dying on me. I got my hands on this electric scooter with a seat I’m seriously impressed. The ride is smooth and stable thanks to the seat and decent suspension. It’s comfortable for longer rides, and the extra seat option changes the whole game. Setup was fairly simple, and the throttle is responsive without being jerky. It’s got strong power for hills, solid braking, and good battery life for city rides. The build feels sturdy, I don’t worry about flex or “cheap” parts. The only minor drawback: it’s a bit heavier than a typical scooter, so lifting and transporting is more work. Overall? Definitely worth it if you want comfort + mobility. ... show more

A little disappointed. The power is not as advertised, the Tuya app is just ok and does not offer real time charging data, the brakes are not exactly smooth and are actually kinda grabby. I can see why they discounted it, it's probably not worth the original price. Overall it's ok for $200. Riuiio Direct does not have a phone number or a website to go to and only gives you an email for post sales support. Next purchase will be an ebike instead from a legit company. ... show more
