Range has been close to the claimed 21/34 miles when I ride conservatively — faster rides do cut it down. Dual suspension and tires soak up bumps; rides feel stable and comfortable even on rough pavement. UL2272 certification and the battery performance put my mind at ease; the app control is handy for changing modes and locking. A little disappointed. The power is not as advertised, the Tuya app is just ok and does not offer real time charging data, the brakes are not exactly smooth and are actually kinda grabby. I can see why they discounted it, it's probably not worth the original price. Overall it's ok for $200. Riuiio Direct does not have a phone number or a website to go to and only gives you an email for post sales support. Next purchase will be an ebike instead from a legit company.

I love this electric scooter. The battery life is very long and sustainable, and is extremely convenient for public transportation. It also takes up little space and the folding mechanism is very efficient. The appearance is minimalistic but stylish. With this electric scooter, I can easily and efficiently get to where I need to go during the day. Accelerating is smooth and the scooter is good with inclines. I would highly recommend this scooter to others for its efficiency and reliability.

I only gave this 3 stars because I am reviewing it based on my Segway scooter. This one does not have a fast pickup. It also is very bumpy when on gravel camps red to asphalt. Tires are thinner also and could be part of the reason. I got this for the grandson who is probably close to 100 pounds lighter than me, so this would probably work good for him. For adults over 150 I would probably not recommend even though it says max weight of 220lbs. I don’t think it is suitable to get the max out of this scooter.

I bought this scooter to replace my older one and it has proved to be leagues better. The scooter is very comfortable to ride thanks to the suspensions on the front and back, it works wonderfully maintaining high speed even uphill, the scooter has three times the range than my old scooter did making it wonderful for getting around in my experience, and the scooter was super easy to put together and use. It is a bit heavier than usual, but I found it surprisingly lighter than I expected considering the stronger battery, the suspensions, etc. Overall the price is also very good for what you get. A highlight in the design for me is the latch for unfolding the scooter. Because it locks against the screw and stays in place, even if the latch becomes disconnected from the other locking parts it snags and stays upright unless you release pressure on it and pull the latch back, which is a much appreciated extra safety to the scooter.
