Why did you pick this product vs others?: I got this for my autistic son so he can keep up with me when I bike ride and ended up using it a few times so I wouldn't have to wait for the bus. This thing goes so darn fast!! Pretty smooth ride, though I haven't taken it off trail or anything yet. I like that it has three speed settings which will come in handy teaching my son how to use it (he hasn't tried yet it's just been too hot). My only complaint is that I wish it was lighter, lol. ... show more

Compré esta patineta eléctrica porque en la descripción decía claramente que usaba neumáticos sólidos, lo cual fue el principal motivo para elegirla (quería evitar pinchazos). Sin embargo, al recibirla me encontré con que trae neumáticos con cámara y aire, totalmente diferente a lo anunciado. Como consecuencia, ya me he pinchado hasta 2 veces por semana, lo que me ha generado gastos extra y mucha molestia. No es justo que llegue un producto distinto al que uno compra confiando en la descripción. No la recomiendo si buscas neumáticos sólidos. The delivery was great , my wife bought 2 ecoroad ec8 scooters , the ecoroad ec8 scooter is well made , sturdy, it goes pretty fast 19 mnh sometimes up to 21 mnh ,battery charges in about 2 hrs directions say up to 4hrs to fully charge just keep n eye on time it takes to fully charge. My son loves it, he has autism n he is having a blast. Just make sure before purchasing that you are getting the ecoroad ec8 with 10 inch hard wheels or the 10 inch pneumatic tires with air.     • Solid Battery And Performance (When tires PSI is max And Fully Charged With The Right Temperature)

The Ecoroad EC8: This scooter is 3/5. Bought one of these and have a power button issue where it sometimes needs to be pressed down hard and sometimes with no response to change gears, if this weren't enough, I had to also disconnect the battery completely and unscrew the hatch to reset it to get a better response from the power button or disconnect its wire harness in the handlebars to also try to resolve this, but besides these hiccups it does its job. The scooters battery on ECO does last for a very long time, and sometimes on D, but it drains alot with S so the battery is at least good however when on D the scooter noticeably looses a bit of its performance power when in heat for a extended period. Its climbing ability is definitely noticeable downgrade when its battery goes below 50% but above 50% its not much unless its a steep hill. When in S mode it does have quite a bit of power and its definitely speedy when fully charged, Overall the scooter gets a 3/5 because of these manufacturing issues but if the scooter didn't have them they would receive a 4 if the manufacturing process is more refined and fixed before shipping. But besides these issues and are not present in different scooters its speedy, does last quite a while when in the right temperature, and its battery is overall good for the price, just be aware that if you get a flat tire or any significant a amount of air loss in the tires the battery drains pretty quickly so you should have your psi set to 50 or 40 if you want great performance, solid 3/5. ... show more

Rides well, except becareful of small pot holes or cracks in bike lane. Does not handle well when it comes to that. But other than that it is built well easy to charge. With ever penny spent for this item

This is a nice rugged little scooter. I like that it has a little higher clearance than my iscooter. The added weight limit is great for adult men. The battery is good. Holds a charge nicely. Very fun
