Fun, well made, great customer support.
I bought this scooter to ride to the local store. It has been very useful and is very fun. It has a lot of power and the battery holds up for a long duration before needing to be recharged. I have contacted customer support a couple times to ask questions about the different display functions and have received wonderful service from them. I let my neighbor ride the scooter and he said he was going to purchase one. It meets my needs well to run local errands.

Don't pick this one, buy US
No instruction as all for assembly, not even a picture of a completed scooter. No instruction manual, how to operate gears and lights. Headlight does not work. All wires there, fully charged, headlight does not work, no help from company

Didnt include instructions..
So I don’t know it was just ours but it came with no assembly instructions, only a small manual that told you how to operate it. So we had to find a video on you tube. It took me and my son a couple hours. We also had a problem with the seat because there is a small white piece inside the shaft where you insert the seat… well, the piece got pushed down while putting the seat in and we couldn’t get it out, so the seat will not tighten because there it too much space. Not really safe to ride it sitting down. Finally the description says this has a built in speaker, which it did not, so a little disappointed about that since this was for my 16 year old.

Not advertised correctly- charger caught fire
Were ordered the scoooter with the basket previously, well we ordered the one with the box, neither scooter is the same, one has multiple brakes, lights and a switch for the lights while one doesn’t, and the storage box u can’t open due to the seat in the seat. The charger that comes with the scooter caught fire and started smoking once I plugged it into the wall, very disappointed
