The media could not be loaded. I bought this scooter to ride around campus. When I first got it the metal ring does not squeez the plastic piece that is supose to hold the seat. It's hard to tell in the picture but it doesn't hold up. Then the kickstand does not come out far enough like it's suppose to so I have to move it forward a little so the scooter can lean. But because of it not being flat on the ground it still can fall over. Those I could deal with so I didn't return it within the 30 days but now the stupid charger broke after using it like 3 times. It shows green like it's fully charge when it's not. So I tried contacting askgo ebike the manufacturer and they won't answer me back. And the only way to contact them is by email. I tried contacting Amazon and because it's been past 30 days they won't do anything. They send me a link to this page and when I hit contact the seller which is Azhar it takes me to the stupid chat bot that then tells me to contact amazon. So there's like no way to contact the seller or manufacturer. So, do not buy from this company they are a scam and can't be trusted. I only had this scooter for 3 months and I had nothing but problems. And you can not get ahold of them. Askgo did reply to me once and that was them telling me I had to buy a new charger for $30. I should not have to buy a new one. Especially when this post tells me I get 1 year warrenty. Amazon you should not have any of this company's products on your website because they can not be trusted. ... show more

I really wanted to like this scooter because it is very cool and has a lot of awesome features but my main problem with it is the acceleration is just way too touchy. It's very easy to suddenly go way faster than intended. Also after about a year and a half the battery doesn't seem like it fully charges up anymore which is a little disappointing. ... show more

I've purchased e-scooters for my children and thoght that mom and dad needed one s well. The charging port is easily accessable. It's comfortable to ride on as well. The basket could be a litttle larger. We went to fill up a 5 gal propane tank from the store to see how durable the bike is. The propane tank did not fit comfortably in the basket but we were able to place in on the "floor" part and hold it in place with our legs. The large seat is nice. My husbands a big guy and most seats hurt his bottom. This one is compfy. The scooter itself is rated for a larger weight compacity. So far so good, the mile range is off, I get maybe 10 miles before it dies but it gets me to work I charge it and back home. Very easy to put together, and use.

Great quality scooter. My son and I both love it! I assisted my son putting it together in less than an hour by laying out the small handful of parts first, then easily assembling them. So I don’t know it was just ours but it came with no assembly instructions, only a small manual that told you how to operate it. So we had to find a video on you tube. It took me and my son a couple hours. We also had a problem with the seat because there is a small white piece inside the shaft where you insert the seat… well, the piece got pushed down while putting the seat in and we couldn’t get it out, so the seat will not tighten because there it too much space. Not really safe to ride it sitting down. Finally the description says this has a built in speaker, which it did not, so a little disappointed about that since this was for my 16 year old. ... show more
