The scooter itself might be nice for a child or young teen. Not comfortable for an adult over 6 feet tall and performance suffers. Even below the weight limit. So the product itself might be fine. The rating I left is because of the seller and the returns process. A complete nightmare. It has changed how I look at purchasing through Amazon. Gets me where I'm going
So far so good, the mile range is off, I get maybe 10 miles before it dies but it gets me to work I charge it and back home. Very easy to put together, and use. After a month the battery life is inconsistent I might get 3 miles I might get 6.

Smooth ride, but only 15 mph
Smooth ride, easy to assemble, fold etc. only drawback speed only 15mph but for my adult Asperger's son. Safer at a slower speed, so far durability has been great

BUYER BEWARE - We bought TWO of these bikes as Christmas gifts and within a week from Christmas they were both not working. One had a good charger but would not charge. The other would charge, turn on, but would not go or do anything and then eventually turn off. They sent part to fix the issue but they sent the wrong parts and so now we are left with scooters we can't use. ... show more
