Save your money. These bikes will go 18 mph max. I tested the speed in a stand with no load on the whee. I ordered two and one of them the battery wouldn’t fully charge. One of the fenders didn’t fit because of poor quality control. I still need to test more to see what mileage it can get. I have zero faith that it will be anywhere close to the claimed 35 miles. I will update this post once I test it further. I would not recommend this bike to anyone. Update: fully charged the battery and took it on a local metro park trail. I’m in northern Ohio where it’s as flat as it gets. The battery was completely dead at 16.9 miles. That’s less than half of what they advertise. In order to get the correct speed in the US, you have to go into program mod and adjust the wheel size from 14 to 12. You can then use any GPS app to verify your speed. They will match perfectly. So now I’m sending this bike back also. Misodo doesn’t pay for return shipping despite the false advertising and subpar product. I actually get a mile more out of my Gyroor C1S that’s only rated for 20 miles. It also has a top speed that beats this bike by 1 mph at 18.5 mph. I also found one of the bikes was missing a screw on the kickstand. The quality control is horrible. Hopefully this information will help others from making the same mistake as me. I can honestly say this is by far the worst made product that I’ve bought off of Amazon. It also is the most dishonest company that I’ve dealt with in my 63 years on this earth. I’ve reported it to Amazon and hopefully they will no longer allow this company to rip people off on their platform. ... show more

I bought this bike for my son as a Christmas gift. I put the bike together on Christmas Eve so it would be ready Christmas morning. I got the bike together and the front tire wouldn’t hold air. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new tire and tube assembly. Then a couple months later the derailleur broke (because of user error) and I asked about a parts book to order a new one. They just asked for my address so they could send me a new one. Over all the bike is great and my boy loves it. The customer service is awesome and they are very helpful. ... show more

This is just an early review with comments on the problem and short comings I have seen. First off, I think a device that needs some assembly should have a manual, labeled for the GT10 scooter, larger than the 4 by 5 inch "pamphlet" that comes with this unit. It looked 4 point text on the guide pictures. I have also found problems with the manufacturing quality. Both the handle bars and the seat clamps would not properly secure their respective parts without some major adjustments. And while operating one of these is pretty simple the manual could be clearer on the display and control options. Granted, the unit is lower priced than others of the same specs but the little things count. It does seem to operate well and made it up a hill that my smaller unit could not do. Can't ride it yet. -20 degrees out side with the wsf. The bike came in a box that was damaged and open. However,,,, the bike is in perfect condition. NO DAMAGE For the price the wife loves it and I will buy the fat tire bike as soon as I can
