Excellent scooter
Color: VF3 28MPH black and orange
I'm actually shocked at how many negative reviews I've read. I recently bought this scooter as a birthday gift for my 12-year old son, and couldn't be more pleased with it! The first thing you notice is how sturdy and well-built it is. It's definitely not a cheaply constructed scooter. It also contains all the features you'd want in a scooter for this price; large digital display screen, bright LED headlight, brake light, flashing turn signals, loud horn, front and rear shock absorbers, super responsive braking system, long-lasting battery, and additional multi-colored LED lights on the riding deck which make it safe for riding at night. Last but not least, the overall performance of the scooter exceeded my expectations. There are 4 different speed settings, with the highest setting allowing you to max out at 28mph which is consistent with the product description. And this scooter certainly isn't lacking in torque; very quick and smooth acceleration, and the suspension system seems to dampen most bumps in the road allowing for a safe and comfortable riding experience. All in all, this is an excellent scooter for the price point, and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Adventurous Child
Color: VF3 28MPH black and orange
My son absolutely loves this scooter! He's always hitting jumps, riding as fast as he can, and putting it through some serious abuse. He treats it more like a mountain bike than a scooter, and it has handled everything without any issues. We've gone through three other scooters that all broke within a month, so I was skeptical about buying another one. This scooter has completely exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly sturdy, well-built, and has held up amazingly well despite the rough treatment it gets every day. If you have an adventurous kid who's hard on their gear, this scooter is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it!

Do not buy. If there is a problem they won’t respond.
Color: VF3 28MPH black and orange
Customer service was the worst. It came with a defective display. It was impossible to get anyone to respond. 4 months later I get a response. They send the wrong part. They won’t send another scooter since they can’t seem to send the correct part. Then they respond a month after that. It was money down the drain.

Be carefull, maybe I got a bad one.
Color: VF3 28MPH black and orange
Very powerful scooter, it's was fun to ride for about 38 miles and I had a problem when I hit the brake and the cruise control did not disengage.. resulted in me falling off and I shattered my wrist. Needed surgery and a metal plate now in my wrist with the consequences of out of work and a long recovery. It is a strong well built scooter, I wanted to like it but now just in recovery from surgery.
