    • I would leave 0 stars if I could. It was that terrible.
This model advertised a "35 mile range" battery, and it couldn't even go 3 miles before dying. There's an issue with the rear brakes I can't seem to resolve, no matter how much I fiddle with it, and the motor absolutely does NOT give a 1000W peak power, as promised. The acceleration is absolutely competing with sloths to see who can finish last. I contacted them for a refund and a return, and they ignored everything I said about everything except the brakes, to which they asked me to send them a video so they could tell me how to fix them "so I would be happy with my purchase". I kept telling them I wanted a return shipping label so I could get a refund, and they kept giving me the runaround for OVER A MONTH!!!! OVER A MONTH, PEOPLE!!!! I was eventually told that they would send me a return label if I would disassemble the scooter and carefully repack it, and send them pictures as proof. I spent 2 hours doing this. Their response: to continue to not send me the return label and try to dicker with me to get me to accept one of their extremely inadequate "solutions". I ended up accepting one of their "solutions" because Amazon wouldn't back me up through the A to Z guarantee because it was an external seller, and they wanted pictures of "the battery not working as advertised". How do you take a picture of a battery charge only lasting 3 miles? I'm so dissatisfied with this scooter and this purchasing experience. The moral of the story is: don't purchase big ticket items that don't ship from Amazon. You'll get left high and dry. ... show more

    • False advertisement
It looks nice, says it get 35 miles on a full charge and gets 25mph top speed. None of which is true. I rode for 30ish minutes on a full charge and the battery died leaving me stranded. At most it goes about 15 mph no where near 25mph as advertised. Not happy with this at all.

This has to be the worst bike on Amazon. The company false advertises its speed and milage. The claim it can go 25 mph and has a range of 35 miles. It will only go 18 mph and the battery was completely dead at 17.1 mph. I bought 2, one for me and one for my wife. Her bike had the same speed and died at 17.4 miles. The company is horrible to deal with. They try stringing you a long and when you corner them they say they can’t read your email or message. To add insult to injury, it would cost $265 a bike to send them back. Misodo won’t cover the shipping. I’ve made Amazon aware of the false advertising as they are selling their products on their platform. I’ve filed a complaint with the better business bureau and filed a complaint. There are other reviews complaining about the same things. Do NOT buy these. Check out other brands like Gyroor. They stand behind the bikes unlike this company. ... show more

had this for 3 weeks. already alot of issues. brakes has to keep being readjusted. thats a safety issue. will not get this again.

Does not give the mileage it's supposed to give very overrated quality is good but only get half the mileage it says it does buy a one with a good battery pack it's worth the difference by the time you upgrade you would have paid the same amount I wish I could return it but it's been over 30 days I was in the hospital and I didn't get a chance to put it together and try it out my bad luck ... show more
