My granddaughter rode this scooter two times. The last time she got caught in the rain and, after that, we received an E6 error. Amazon contacted the seller who replied that the inner compartment got wet. There’s no way it got so wet as to stop working. Even so, there’s obviously no protection against even a little water. The company sent a replacement controller which was very difficult to replace. After that, there was no power at all. Now they want even MORE pictures before deciding either to send a return mailer or a replacement. I’m not holding my breath.

Dear Seller, We purchased two scooters from you about two months ago, and unfortunately we’ve experienced problems with both of them. One scooter appears to have a defective battery. It never reached the advertised distance, and now it has stopped working altogether. The second scooter has had a loose handle since we received it, and it will not tighten properly no matter what we try. This has been very disappointing because the scooters were such a great idea for bonding time with our two young children. They absolutely love them, and we were really hoping these products would work as expected. We attempted to process a return, but were unsuccessful. We were also asked to troubleshoot the issues ourselves, but unfortunately we do not have the proper tools or technical knowledge to do that safely. At this point, we are kindly requesting replacement scooters or replacement parts so our children can continue enjoying them. We truly hope you can help us resolve this situation as soon as possible. Ive received my HAPALI scooter 2day i really like it what takes me 45 minutes walking now takes 10 minutes maybe sooner depending on traffic the running lights under the floorboard are also an additional working function that not only will keep me safer every one else ass well great job guys

Absolute junk Scooter. DO NOT BUY! They will have you fix their defective Scooter then try to sell you a battery after you have invested way to much time repairing this piece of garbage! Lasts maybe 10 minutes and will just shut off when the battery is at 80% or better. AVOID THIS SCOOTER!

Product stopped charging within 23 days. I attempted to contact seller, but they only use chat bots. Tried to return product and (within 30 day window). Was told I had to pay for shipping which cost as much as the product. It does not go the advertised speeds no matter the gear. Amazon customer service was also horrible and condescending. I would NEVER buy another product from this company and I’m Amazon should get a 1 star for their affable approach to helping customer. They didn’t care. They only said they could contact seller and see if they will pay for shipping cost. Never heard back from either of them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Worked okay for about 2 weeks then stopped working and would not turn back on, required being fully charged to even turn on. After this, 5 minutes of riding it would shut off again. Even when it was working 100% never got up to the advertised 21mph even going down hill, only ever got up to 15mph

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who lives in Michigan. She used the scooter three times during a recent two week period, as the weather finally warmed up a bit. Within two weeks, the scooter completely died! Upon contacting the seller and being asked to jump through several hoops, the seller refused to send replacement parts, a new scooter, or issue a refund! The seller asked us to open the scooter and take a picture of the battery compartment. When we opened it, it looked dirty and worn out inside. We took the picture, sent it to the seller, and they accused us of causing water damage to the scooter. The scooter was never in water! The scooter was only ridden three times in a two week period and died. You might want to pass this one up!

The scooter feels very cheaply made and isn’t worth the price. The latch that’s supposed to keep it folded is very insecure, making it easy for the scooter to unexpectedly unfold while you’re carrying it, which could cause someone to get hurt. While it does reach the advertised top speed, the acceleration is extremely slow. The battery lasts about an hour if you take breaks between rides, but with continuous use, I could easily see it dying in around 30 minutes. Overall, I think there are much better scooters available for the same price. I own another scooter that was actually less expensive, and the difference in build quality, performance, and overall value is very noticeable.
