Works great for 1-2 mile round trip "last mile" work commute. In S (sport?) mode it gets up to 16mph, and sometimes that's while going slightly up hill! :). I could probably do 3 round trips before needing to recharge. Very light and folds perfectly to fit in my standard trunk. Decent deal. I believe I paid around $180 all in. It probably saves me 20+ minutes a day vs walking from the free parking area. Paid parking is $150+/month downtown San Diego where I work

*UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! IT IS NOT SAFE! This scooter stopped working at the end of February. One week after it stopped working it ignited into flames causing damage (without any power hooked up to it)!! Please save yourself the headache & heartache and do not buy this item! Jan7- My son loves this scooter... it fits his height (5'9") very well. It is quiet, rides well with good consistent speed. The only CON is that the app will not work for his cell phone. It did say Android or Apple, but unfortunately not true. This is disappointing bc now he cannot lock it or adjust speed as indicated for the app.

My son has loved the scooter. He uses it daily and loves all the features. It is fast, smooth, has different power/speed settings, and I love that it has built in lights for safety when the sun start going down. I don't use the app much but it's a nice feature. It did stop turning on consistently after a month of use, but I'm not downgraiding my review because when I reached out to customer service they responded quickly and offered a replacement or a new battery (faulty battery was the issue). They shipped the new battery right away when I said I'd try that, and the scooter is back to working great. I'm very happy with the customer service.

I really enjoyed this scooter. Its pretty fast and sturdy, it goes up to 30 miles. The only problem I had was that after getting caught in the rain the scooter would not come on. When it finally did, it was not responding to the prompts. It did go back to normal 2 days later, but that was a bit concerning. Other that that, I love every moment with this scooter it was def the BEST investment of 2024.

After having this scooter for over 4 months I HAD to come back and change the 5 star rating to 1 star…. The scooter stopped working after around 4 -5 months! After doing some research and reaching out to the seller on Amazon for a replacement for the battery or scooter who is supposedly also been “waiting” to send me a replacement battery but would also stop responding after a few days . So after speaking with a few Amazon representatives , I reached out to the manufacturer by email because there is a 6- 12 month warranty for the scooter and see if they could offer a better solution . Email response is they are automatically deeming the battery faulty via pictures I sent but want to charge EXTRA to fix their FAULTY product. First reviewing this product it had good but mixed reviews.. but I can see that has changed dramatically over the past few months since buying it for Christmas 2024. I wouldn’t have a problem investing to have it fixed, but the quality of the scooter and the solution to fix a faulty product, is to charge the customer more? And again, this is being deemed over pictures. So there is a possibility that it’s not even the battery. Also when something is normally under warranty… normally the extra costs are covered. That’s the whole point of a warranty!

I ordered the scooter for my son‘s birthday and he absolutely loved it. After riding it twice, we had an issue with the battery charging. I reached out to customer service and they have been in contact and they came up with a final solution and offered to ship me a new battery free of charge. We can’t wait to receive the new battery. I was pleased that with the level of customer service.

This is a really great product and I love it. It has 3 different speed modes, a built-in light, it's foldable, and allows for easy transportation. And the included battery charger has an LED that lets you know when it's fully charged. I've a pretty big guy, at 6'3" and I can still reach top speeds of 19 mph on it.
