Ramona CA. May 21, 2026 I recently purchased the ZonDoo ZO03 electric scooter from Amazon, and honestly, it has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. After researching hundreds of electric scooters online, I finally selected the ZO03 because it offered nearly every feature I was looking for: dual 5600W motors, high weight capacity, removable seat, strong suspension, hydraulic brakes, and excellent speed, range and performance specifications. I’m a larger rider at around 250 pounds, so having a scooter rated up to 450 pounds gave me confidence that it would comfortably handle my size without sacrificing speed or power. The scooter arrived incredibly fast. I ordered it on May 6th and received it on May 9th, which honestly surprised me considering the company is based in China. Delivery was much faster than expected. Right out of the box, the scooter felt extremely solid and well-built. This is not a lightweight toy scooter — it’s a serious piece of equipment. It came mostly assembled, with only minor setup required. I mainly needed to install the front wheel and handlebars. The instructions were decent, but I also used a few YouTube videos during assembly, which made everything straightforward. One of the many features I needed was the detachable seat. Many scooters in this performance category are stand-only, but I will ride the scooter while seated. I like the option to remove the set for friends and younger family riders who would like to try the scooters off-road experience. Performance-wise, the ZO03 is impressive. The dual motors provide excellent acceleration and hill-climbing power, even for us larger riders. The scooter is rated for up to 50 miles range and speeds up to approximately 47 MPH using a multiple “gear” level control which make it easy to control speed depending on your comfort level and riding conditions. The suspension system is another standout feature. Between the front fork shocks and rear hydraulic suspension, the ride feels stable and surprisingly smooth, even on pavement with the off-road Fat tires. The 11-inch tubeless off-road tires provide excellent traction and feel extremely durable. Braking performance is also excellent. The dual hydraulic brakes respond smoothly and confidently, giving the scooter strong stopping power without feeling overly aggressive. I also appreciate the thoughtful technology features built into the scooter. Instead of traditional keys, it uses NFC smart card activation, which gives it a modern feel. The display is comprehensive, showing speed, trip mileage, odometer information, turn signal indicators, and other system info. The handlebar "Thumb" controls include the Speed control on the left and the intuitive integrated: Turn Signal, Horn, Lights and Gear controls on the right. The lighting package is another nice touch. The front LED “angel eye” headlights look great and provide strong visibility at night, while the rear brake lights and turn signals lights add another level of safety. One thing that really stood out to me was customer service. I had a few questions after receiving the scooter and contacted ZonDoo in China initially through Amazon with follow-up using the 'WhatsApp' and by phone. My interaction with ZanDoo was with Leon, he was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. In today’s world, good customer support can be hard to find, but the support I received was top-notch and really added confidence to my selection. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my ZonDoo ZO03 purchase. It combines power, comfort, durability, and features into one very capable machine. If you’re looking for a high-performance electric scooter that can comfortably support larger riders while still delivering excellent speed, range, suspension, and braking performance, I would definitely recommend taking a serious look at the ZonDoo ZO03. ... show more

Delivery and assembly was fast and easy. The scooter is mostly put together when you open the box but make sure you charge the battery fully before riding the first time. Handles great, rides great, stops perfectly. My only issue is one of the disc for the brakes was warped from delivery but the seller instantly responds and answers all my questions and concerns. I mentioned about the disc and he said that he would send a replacement after I did some verification. The scooter was fine. I haven't yet gotten it up to max speed, but I will by end of summer. Very comfortable at moderate speeds 25 to 35 mph. Feels very peppy. However, my issue was with the seat. Seat was constructed as if it was an afterthought. The sheet metal of the base didn't properly line up with the screw holes of the deck; also, the main bolt which connects seat post to the base would not fit into base. That was a very minor issue that should've been inspected before scooter was shipped out. Careless oversight. If not for that, I would've given five stars. Unequivocally the best scooter I have ever ridden. The dual motor functionality assists me in my travel time to work, and also helps with off road capability as well. The suspension system itself has me feeling like im riding on clouds. The lights are way more than enough to illimunate the whole road at night, and if its too bright - the scooter comes with a low beam as well as a hazard light setting, which is extremely useful should you need to pull over on the side of a busy road. All in all, wether youre a novice rider or a veteran - I completely recommed this product and wish I could give it 12/10 starts. ... show more
