This scooter is great, handles good and fast. I put mirrors and a wider seat. I also changed tires to street ones and is way quieter and a litter faster. Just wish you could balance tires as at speed and you take one hand off it will wobble. Other than that is is well built compared to others!! Much better. I have ordered 4 so far and all LOVE them! This scooter is 60 volt DC so when adding any accessories keep this in mind, like horn, front turn signals all must be 60 or 72v dc! 12v will burn up! When ordering front signals get ones with internal relay so you won't need to add one. I also added Bluetooth speakers to have jam while ridding. I need to make video on changing tires as this is way easy and DO NOT have to do what other videos show, takes minutes. If it would not be for the wires going to each wheel you would not have to take cover off and disconnect wires but this is still not bad. Great Scooter! Worth buying!

I broke both hands and due to the shaking of the steering of the handlebars which had surgery on the left arm, wrist, and the hand. I broke it in 3 places and broke my right hand too. While in college and told that everything was safe following the instructions that was given with the package. The tire was not fixed right from out of package, and this is the only transportation I have for work, college, and to get home to my daughter. I would like a number to call or the owner to see such because I got a 2-year warranty with everything and the manual has no number. Are your local or further away???? I have no idea. I need a phone number to call and discus what is the best approach? The scooter will not approach 50mph+ The breaks became messed up by not being aligned and bent the disk, which has loosened the screws, and the back break feel off completely. that's when the code E-007 showed up. School starts next month, and I really need this fixed by then.

I wrote a very detailed review about pros and cons and about the actual Real speed on this, but Amazon wouldn’t post it. This is a fun scooter going downhill at full throttle. It will do 50 mph as advertised if it is a very steep hill. Otherwise the fastest I could get to is 43mph There are no instructions included with this, but it’s somewhat intuitive just when you unboxed it ensure that you tighten every single bolt tightly so it won’t loosen during operation. On my previous review, I included how to contact support since they make it so challenging. But if you message the seller and wait a few days and go back-and-forth eventually they’ll provide you the support service email address. In turbo mode, this thing is pretty zippy and I have quite a fun time on it. I just wear my dirt bike motocross helmet on it. This is not like one of those lime scooters that only does 15 or a helmet would look silly. This thing goes about three times as fast which can cause serious injury, so please wear a helmet. Not for use by children. Update 7/2024: This thing is fun! With how inflated the tires come (super full) it’s great for going fast on asphalt but way too full for off-road and sand. I was playing around in new construction with sand and rocks and little 1-1.5 foot drop offs going down a hill where houses are going to be built. This thing did great off little drop offs but the wheel does sort of smack the plastic fender. So far I’ve explored 93 miles (multiple trips combined). We live a bit away from the city in our little suburban neighborhood, but I found the steepest hills I could find (ones going down I had to ride both brakes hard because how freakishly steep they were). Anyways this thing still climbed up the steepest parts of that half-mile long hill at 15+ mph (approximation based of KPH I remember seeing). That really impressed me. Up small hills this thing does about 41mph for me. I weigh ~235 so your experience could be different. Anyways just wanted to say this thing could be improved a little (faster and stronger on hills, little better suspension), but for the money and the adventure this scooter is a blast. Don’t care what your wife, coworkers or others haters say, buy it and ride it and feel the bliss as you cruise down the road at 45mph on a sunny day, wind in your face.

The media could not be loaded. For some reason, the rear motor stopped working I didn’t know the first one and then I tried to contact the customer service the day you don’t give your answers. Also they don’t give you money back and I don’t have a clue how to fix it I hope somebody else has More luck than me!
