I hardly ever write long reviews, but this scooter truly deserves it. I’ve been using my NAVIC Electric Scooter for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. 1. Build quality & design: The overall build feels solid and reliable. The frame is sturdy and stable, and I love that it’s equipped with 14-inch tires—that makes the ride super smooth even on rougher roads. The scooter feels more like a mini electric bike than a typical scooter, which gives me more confidence when riding. 2. Comfort & suspension: The dual shock absorbers are a total game changer. You barely feel bumps or cracks in the road. Even on longer rides, it’s comfortable to sit and cruise. The seat height and handlebar are perfect for adult riders (I’m around 5’9”, and it fits great). 3. Performance: The 500W motor (750W peak) is surprisingly powerful! It easily climbs hills and accelerates fast. The top speed (around 22 mph) feels just right — fast enough for fun, but still safe and stable. I usually get around 25–27 miles per charge, which is excellent for daily commuting or weekend rides. 4. Safety & lights: The front headlight and rear taillight with turn signals are bright and clear. They make night riding so much safer. I really appreciate that detail — many scooters skip it, but this one doesn’t. 5. Convenience: The rear basket is super handy — I use it for groceries, small bags, or even to carry my dog sometimes! The scooter folds easily and fits in my car trunk if I want to take it somewhere for a ride. 6. Braking system: The rear disc brake + electronic brake combo works perfectly. I love this scooter as it helped me to get around easy around the neighborhood, it's a bit heavy (I'm tiny) comparing to the previous scooter, but that's a 500W scooter and the battery is more powerful, so it is acceptable if it is heavier. the assembly is easy and straightforward, took me around 20 minutes to put it together and get it going. it also come with great perks like phone holder, charger, back seat, even a lock. The headlight is bright during the light. It has a back seat, but I am not sure how heavy it could take, for now I won't let anybody sit on it, just hope the basket could be bigger but it's amazing so far and I love it ... show more

The bike came in great packaging including foam for the wheels. The tires needed to be aired up but it came with a pump. The directions were easy to follow but honestly there wasn't much to assemble. The handle was broken during shipping which I replaced with a trip to the local store. The bike is not fast but is very stable. If you're a woman this bike gives you a sense of security that a scooter doesn't. The storage tray on the back is handy and I found myself using it more and more. Evaluating. Bars are too low and I'm 5ft 4. Maybe I can raise a few inches with an adapter . Seat is too low and I'm 5ft 4. I ordered a shim set to possibly raise. The jury is still out. ------------------ Days later, the jury returns... $17 in shims/adapters and some elbow grease provided a workaround for the bars and seat height. The plot thickens. Top speed is 11 mph on flat ground. I weigh 177 lbs. The description says it goes 22 mph. Deduct one star... ---------------------------------- The next day ... I got the scooter to go 20 mph!
