It's great! Been riding almost 10years and I got exactly what I was looking for. Downsides, are the split rim and tubes, led speedometer is hard to see in sun, but if you are aware of the gears it's fine. Tubes are impossible to find for the size of tire without buying a tire so that's kind of lame. Major plus side is the manufacturer is great with communication, I can't describe how helpful they have been in the setup. Customer service above and beyond! Great people! ... show more

    • If something breaks you need to fix it yourself. CS is poor.
I have had this scooter for two years. In general, it is powerful and I have liked it. The front tire kept going flat and I had to add air alot. After two years the valve stem broke off. Maybe this was the air leakage problem all along. There are no instructions available for taking the scooter apart or guidence on replacing the vavle stem. No guidence from the manufacturer other then find someone locally to fix the problem. For what I paid, the customer service should be better and there should be instructions on taking the scooter apart for repairs. Having touble getting a repair manual from Zondoo. Their Email is not working. ... show more

The screws R placed tear tire where mine have smashed into the tire.the tire will not rotate without taking the screws out of the rear tire.bar is damaged,strut covers R damaged.Need to wait on separate box with chargers in it or U have worthless item without chargers

I was skeptical of purchasing this scooter due to lack of reviews. I researched this model as much as I could before purchasing to feel comfortable enough to buy it. I couldn’t be happier! This scooter is extremely powerful and fast. Of course, you don’t have to actually use all the power if you keep in low gear and you just want to relax and ride. It feels very solid when finishing making sure all components and screws tight from shipping. Compared to much more expensive scooters with the same capabilities, I am very satisfied with my decision to purchase the Zo03. I had minor damage to the shipping box upon arrival and bent headlamp brackets. After contacting Zondoo customer service through Amazon, they contacted me back in less than a day. They were very helpful and genuinely cared about making things right. They sent me new brackets and I received them in less than a week. I would strongly recommend purchasing the steering damper available for this model as the scooter is extremely powerful and having that extra support in the steering makes a big difference with stability at higher speeds. For reference purposes I am 6’0 185lbs and this scooter feels large enough and comfortable which I have not felt with other models. The adjustable handlebars and suspension are fantastic. If you’re on the fence about buying one of these, I would highly recommend this model. ... show more
