Yeah i love this scooter! Basically my get around disability scooter help me get around easier now that im getting old. I also got a dog bike leash attachment that works awesome! My husky walks along side me basically in eco mode under 12mph. I did go 16.2 and he was still running ahead of me lol! Husky/Shepard mix with shoes! Went to get food fast last night alone and bam! 7 min back and forth 29mph top speed on the clear road. Or empty sidewalk or side of the roadway best i can. Basically plan the route out for the safest travel. Ill most likely never be in turbo mode eco and standard are fine. I still take busses its pretty easy to pickup and fold. I can't stress enough how many people are getting hurt on any e bike or scooter. Like a actual motor vehicle you'll learn to walk around before driving away. Check tires and brakes and electronics. Stop early even before intersections! 2 people yesterday. 1 scoot. And 1 heavier motor scooter. Most likely due to distracted and speed maybe loss of brakes? Brake pads in these things need to be replaced and the rotor just like anything moving with weight and speed. I taught my swiper to stop at the crossways with sidewalk commands and he does that very good on the scooter. I'm Basically coasting slow though! Its not the scooters fault. People gotta start following basic road rules. Its just for saftey. Back when i was in school we had little ID cards the school give us because we did safe bike training so we were allowed to bike home instead waiting for bus. Instead of a drivers licence. It handles amazing! Watch for big pot holes obviously and small rocks and things even. It feels very durable! And the price range isn't to bad. Kinda heavier than i thought it would be but its not bad i got a bag and straps for it. Good solar day with a 200 watt panel and some hours probably get a good safe charge. Charge Light turned green under 1 hour of getting and unboxing. Bout 2 miles and not even a single battery bar down! I'm not heavy using it though these can probably last a lifetime with proper maintenance and care and warranty and spend some extra on mirrors and phone mount and be slow! Stay side of road. Yield and stop at stop signs early even! To many people loosing life to a product and miscare and rushing around with distractions. This thing is awesome and I'd even be interested in upgraded parts or spare parts obviously. I see bluetooth icons and usb icons that i can't access on the dashboard. Just 3 shipping mishaps if anything small scraps on the plastic fender. Nothing. Seat has a little hole in the front plastic still on it. And the headlight needed to be adjusted. All really no big deal in terms of performance. Everything turned on and functioned right away. Kinda wanted keys would of maybe been what i was looking for but password is fine. 7mm heavy duty key lock should be fine for quick in and out of stores I'm 41 i was in a house fire back in 2011 so im in pain these days. I can sit and roll without walking as much as i was and my dogs getting good runs i can keep up with him now lol! Just cause a scooter does 30 40 50mph. Doesn't mean you gotta always trottle down 90 100%. I'm probable rolling 25% trottle maybe 30% with swiper and im still going up to 8 to 12mph! ... show more

I upgraded to this scooter after my macwheel scooter finally died after 6 years of use. This new one is FAST compared to the macwheel and the macwheel was no slouch. The new one is like riding a gas motorcycle in comparison. The old one worked fine on pavement but would bog down in the grass. This new one has no issues at all going offroad. Its so nice being able to ride on grass as I have to make regular trips to check on my solar panels and I was having to use the mower if I had to carry stuff. I added a drink holder to it and a basket for carrying stuff. Also this scooter DOES have cruise control. The questions section says it doesn't but it does have cruise control like my macwheel had which is super nice. It doesn't beep or anything to let you know its activated and it has to be turned on it the settings. The manual states it defaults to disabled but mine was already enabled. If you maintain a constant speed for 6 seconds it will hold that speed after you release the throttle. It will add power as needed to keep the speed. Pulling on the throttle lever again cancels it. Again a very smooth riding and powerful scooter. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the range but so far it seems to be doing great range wise. Highly recommend. ... show more

Charger port went out in one day then when it was time to ship it back, they sent me a ground shipping instead of a hazardous shipping so they would not ship it for me so I have to pay $150 to ship it back don’t waste your money ima get a better quality one

I got the scooter one week after purchased. the thing is way bigger than I expected im impressed to be honest its very powerful even going 15 you feel the thing pushing you back lol. I originally bought it for my ten year old she is definitely intimidated and probably won't be riding it witch leaves this old man with no option but to put the pedal to the metal 😅 ... show more

Motor failed on the first charge . Still haven’t received return instructions or refund. Very disappointed. Perhaps a replacement would work better. Just wish the company would do something about it. Nearly 500 dollars for a paperweight.
