I got this scooter to save me from walking 2 miles everyday to and from work. This scooter does not go as fast as it says, it hits 15-16 mph at most. On a full battery it does not go as long as it says. My batter is half gone after 4-6 miles. Very disappointing and the brand it says it is, is something completely different not only on the box but on the scooter as well. I was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. The packaging looked as if it had been bumped several times, and the scooter itself had multiple scratches. I was expecting a brand new scooter, not one that appears used and damaged. As a customer, I expect items to arrive in pristine condition, especially when purchasing something brand new. The title says it can go up 19 miles per charge. This is a lie. Within a day of it arriving I had driven 6 miles and it could barely last that distance.
