This product is a beast – powerful and effective. I appreciated the seller's extended 180-day warranty. When I encountered a problem, the seller was responsive and offered a full refund (outside of Amazon's 90-day return window) since a replacement part wasn't feasible due to safety concerns. The trouble began with the return shipping. Because of the item's weight, shipping was extremely expensive (over $350). I contacted Amazon multiple times before initiating the return, and each time, customer service representatives confirmed I would receive a full refund for the shipping cost. I even had "tickets" created. However, after weeks of waiting and more calls, Amazon now states their maximum shipping refund is $150. This is a huge difference and completely contradicts what I was told. Amazon is blaming the seller, but the problem lies with Amazon's misleading customer service. It was shipped in poor packaging, with the boxes ripped and dented. No instruction at all! So i have to figure out how to assemble snd operate the scooter.

This scooter is scary fast, for the money probably best scooter on the market, it is also versatile having 3 gears, eco and turbo mode and the option to switch between single or dual motor setting, true hydraulic breaks actuated by mineral oil, another plus is the seat attachment which can be removed so it's not in the way, the turn signals flash left or right, great ground clearance, very satisfied would buy again 😀 ... show more

His scooter didn't come with what it said. Missing charger , bag, tools . Scooter looks good but how do I charge it? So I had the scooter for a week and the motor gave out. I will give them 2 stars cause they are going to refund me my money back.
