I only used the scooter for 1 month and the lights are not working try to contact the company but they seems like they don’t care even though the scooter have in six months warranty I feel bad about my 1600$

This scooter is not portable as described, neither it meets the advertised specs for speed. Definition of portable according to Oxford dictionary "adjective: able to be easily carried or moved, especially because being of a lighter and smaller version than usual." This scooter cannot be easily carried or moved neither it is lighter and smaller than any other scooter. It is a heavy duty scooter. Also it does not reach the 55mph or 65miles range on the road. I've had the scooter for a month and half,the bolt holes no longer line up for the seat after taking it off a single time thinking later it would just got back directly around 500 miles at 900 miles i noticed one of the charger stopped working and now takes from 5-6 hours with two chargers to 10-12 hours with one charger still getting to the math of the scooter -when driving on single mode eco going up to 50-60 miles at 17-21 miles an hour only if you stay in that single gear -while driving on second gear eco range 25-30 miles 27-48 mph -while driving on 3rd gear you may get 18 miles ranging 48-57 mph these batteris are not seal proof (not water resistant) Only other than the battery charger going out if you choose this scooter id recommend extra tires and review mirrors and chargers ... show more

    • Huge power, grossly overstated range
Minor damage When unpacked, not enough to want to exchange and wait for another one. It is in a very visible spot and had to be clearly visible to somebody When boxing it up, that is disappointing. The power is impressive no doubt. However, the range they state is a complete joke. Maybe in a some unrealistic ideal circumstance, somebody could get close to what they say. I bought this thinking I'd charge it every couple weeks but turns out I need to plug it in every day. Im 210lbs and ride about 12 miles a day. The battery i don't think would get me through 2 days and I don't want to test it. Yes, I keep it in the fastest setting usually, but i'm not riding with the throttle Pinned down,not even close. I do so just so the power is there.When I want it. My top speed is 51mph at 210 lbs. My friend, 250 lbs, tops out at 40 and I imagine that kills the battery even quicker. For short distances, this thing is great, it will get up and go. For anybody needing a longer commute consider the true range ... show more
