  • Having So Much Fun with this E-Scooter
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Electric Scooter, and I'm thrilled with its performance and features. Here's my personal review: I was excited to try out this electric scooter, and I'm happy to report that it's been a great addition to my daily commute. The scooter is easy to use, and the two starting modes (glide start and electric start) make it convenient to get moving. The motor is powerful and efficient, with a top speed of 19 MPH and a range of 21-23 miles. I've been using it to commute to work, and it's been a game-changer. The battery life is impressive, and I can easily recharge it in 4 hours. One of the things I appreciate most about this scooter is its safety features. The double braking system, which includes a disc brake and EABS regenerative anti-lock braking, provides excellent stopping power. The scooter also has a sturdy aluminum alloy material that makes me feel secure while riding. The app is also a great feature, allowing me to control the scooter's settings, such as the LED display, cruise system, and speed mode. I can also lock the scooter using the app, which gives me peace of mind when I'm not using it. My only minor quibble is that the scooter can be a bit heavy to carry when folded, but this is a minor issue. Im happy with it so far! ... show more

  • Disappointing Experience
I had high hopes for this scooter, but it fell short in several areas. The 350W motor struggles on inclines, and the “up to 19 MPH” claim feels exaggerated as I could barely hit 16 MPH on a flat surface. The range of 21-23 miles is also misleading—I barely got 12 miles on a full charge with moderate use. The solid tires make for a very bumpy ride, especially on uneven roads. The app is glitchy and often disconnects from the scooter, which is frustrating when trying to adjust settings or check battery life. Additionally, the folding mechanism feels flimsy and difficult to use. Overall, this scooter does not live up to its advertised features. I wouldn’t recommend it. ... show more

  • UPDATED REVIEW: Good Customer Service, Believe It's a Good Product
Original Review: I don't think they sell this version anymore, however it only worked for a couple of months before the battery stopped charging above 3 percent. So frustrating. We did everything correctly. Kept indoors and charged it between 4 and 12 hours, and it worked for only weeks before the battery stopped charging. UPDATE: First, while it took a bit of back and forth, I ended up very (unexpectedly) impressed with their customer service. Responses to our inquiries were timely, and although it took awhile to identify the problem, we got there. They initially wanted me to ship the entire scooter back, which would have been inconvenient, but when I suggested maybe it was just the battery, they sent me instruction to do several voltage tests. After ordering an inexpensive tester, I was able to identify that the included *CHARGER* was not working, but the battery was fine. They sent out a new charger promptly (I did not have a substitute), and it now all works fine. A significant headache with a lot of back-and-forth, but they made it right, and were always trying to be helpful. As for the product itself, it syncs easily with my daughter's phone, can easily change the various speed modes, lasts for a long time on a solid charge, and overall seems to be a well-built product. We landed on this one after trying one other brand, but returned it based on the flimsy feel of the product build. This seems like a solid, comfortable, functional product (now that we can charge it again). ... show more

  • Good for days
Great I’m 250 and it goes around 16 mph top speed and has good battery life

  • Very bumpy on the road! Doesn’t go as fast as advertised.
Tried to ride it on the road and my eyes were vibrating so much I could barely see. The range and battery life are not at all as described I got maybe 5 miles out of a charge and the speed it shows isn’t right actually clock about 6 mph lower than advertised speed. Decent build quality though and fun to ride on pavement but not at all what they say it to be. I ended up buying an electric bike so much better! ... show more

  • Bought 2
I love this scooter. I bought one for my daughter and then decided to buy a second for myself. It has a really smooth ride, easy controls, folds well, etc. High quality for the price.

  • Not safe!
Unfortunately the scooter broke within 3 months of receiving it. The welding that connects the bar to the platform broke resulting in my daughter falling and being injured.

  • Won't go faster than 17 mph
I love the scooter. I bought my first one without shocks and it was just not suitable with cracks and broken pavement. So I bought the pro one with shocks and it's so much better. The only downside is it won't go past 17mph. So I'm giving 4 stars because I'm a little disappointed.
