  • Having So Much Fun with this E-Scooter
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Electric Scooter, and I'm thrilled with its performance and features. Here's my personal review: I was excited to try out this electric scooter, and I'm happy to report that it's been a great addition to my daily commute. The scooter is easy to use, and the two starting modes (glide start and electric start) make it convenient to get moving. The motor is powerful and efficient, with a top speed of 19 MPH and a range of 21-23 miles. I've been using it to commute to work, and it's been a game-changer. The battery life is impressive, and I can easily recharge it in 4 hours. One of the things I appreciate most about this scooter is its safety features. The double braking system, which includes a disc brake and EABS regenerative anti-lock braking, provides excellent stopping power. The scooter also has a sturdy aluminum alloy material that makes me feel secure while riding. The app is also a great feature, allowing me to control the scooter's settings, such as the LED display, cruise system, and speed mode. I can also lock the scooter using the app, which gives me peace of mind when I'm not using it. My only minor quibble is that the scooter can be a bit heavy to carry when folded, but this is a minor issue. Im happy with it so far! ... show more

  • Scooter good until frame cracked. App bad with iPhone .
The media could not be loaded. I’m writing this after day one. The good… It is a very well built scooter and packed extremely well. It took me 9 min and I bet if I was to do another one it would be 3-4 min. I just was overly thorough double checking things because it seemed almost too simple. Battery showers up charged. It functions as a scooter just fine. Needs improvement… Directions have a lot of grammar issues and typos. Directions were such a small font it was a sight challenge. I’m 178lb and top speed is only 16 on flat perfect surfaces. Update: When fresh off the charger, I can reach 19mph if I’m using on a flat surface with no headwind. App is in need of a better creator. My iPhone and the app don’t converse and connect well at all. It won’t let me connect aside from one time and it went away fast. Even that said the app only let me take a photo of myself and enter a name. Nothing more really. After what I consider too much process it finally connected. Ride is note the smoothest but it works. The shocks may take 5% of the rigidness away but nothing too noticeable. Affer 10 hours of use the tire tread disappears however I don’t notice any difference in dry conditions. Stills performs satisfactory. UPDATE: the scooter broke. I was riding and the handle bars and stem broke at the base. The whole scooter fell apart. What seemed to be sturdy ended up leaving me stranded and broken frame. No way of contacting support seems to be available. ... show more

  • Good product
It works exactly as it is stated. I had another one before this and I have to say the battery of this one is very good. It has a function to lock the speed at a specific value without the need to push the accelerator anymore. Good breaks, but not to use on steep downhills.

  • UPDATED REVIEW: Good Customer Service, Believe It's a Good Product
Original Review: I don't think they sell this version anymore, however it only worked for a couple of months before the battery stopped charging above 3 percent. So frustrating. We did everything correctly. Kept indoors and charged it between 4 and 12 hours, and it worked for only weeks before the battery stopped charging. UPDATE: First, while it took a bit of back and forth, I ended up very (unexpectedly) impressed with their customer service. Responses to our inquiries were timely, and although it took awhile to identify the problem, we got there. They initially wanted me to ship the entire scooter back, which would have been inconvenient, but when I suggested maybe it was just the battery, they sent me instruction to do several voltage tests. After ordering an inexpensive tester, I was able to identify that the included *CHARGER* was not working, but the battery was fine. They sent out a new charger promptly (I did not have a substitute), and it now all works fine. A significant headache with a lot of back-and-forth, but they made it right, and were always trying to be helpful. As for the product itself, it syncs easily with my daughter's phone, can easily change the various speed modes, lasts for a long time on a solid charge, and overall seems to be a well-built product. We landed on this one after trying one other brand, but returned it based on the flimsy feel of the product build. This seems like a solid, comfortable, functional product (now that we can charge it again). ... show more

  • Good but not great.
8 months later, the thing still holds a charge. Realistically gets 11 miles per charge. Put 250 miles on em so far. App is finicky but overall well worth $250

  • Lasted 7months.
This lasted 7 months. Not worth it. Didnt hold a charge for long for aboit 4 months then completely quit charging all together at 7m.

  • Very bumpy on the road! Doesn’t go as fast as advertised.
Tried to ride it on the road and my eyes were vibrating so much I could barely see. The range and battery life are not at all as described I got maybe 5 miles out of a charge and the speed it shows isn’t right actually clock about 6 mph lower than advertised speed. Decent build quality though and fun to ride on pavement but not at all what they say it to be. I ended up buying an electric bike so much better! ... show more
