Amazing scooter love it,but there’s some flaws like that real speed is 16/17 not 19 and the range is only 17 miles but I very happy with it very good overall is a great way to go around.

I originally purchased this scooter to commute back and forth from campus. When it arrived, I noticed the plastic tire guard was crooked and too close to the tire, and the main bar was ever so slightly misaligned, but I was assured it was fine since it still functioned. One day, on my way to a nearby market, one rock got caught in the guard and it brought the scooter to a quick halt. This made me fly off the scooter and I landed on my head. At the ER, after a CT scan, I was told I had a higher-risk “Mild Concussion” and a large scalp hematoma. I am partly to blame as I didn’t return or get it fixed right then and there when I noticed what appeared to be unimportant defects, but afterwards, when I reached out, the whole process was overly complicated and Amazon and the seller were not communicating coherently. I was told I’d get a new scooter and then i was sent repair parts so I can fix it myself. It was a complex repair needed as the main bar of the scooter became dislodged. I have no experience. I can’t do that myself. Also, I was very uncomfortable with riding that same scooter again as it did cause a terrifying fall, let alone after being repaired by me. This was not something the seller took time out to help me with. Instead, after WEEKS of communication, I was told to just return it. Mind you, I had to pay for the shipping material. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I had no more of transportation for this time other than the bus which made me late many times. I returned the scooter. Hopefully I get all my money back. I purchased a different scooter and I hope nothing like this happens again.

Works well. 240 miles so far ridden on it. Top speed is closer to 15 miles/hr. Wish the plastic rear wheel cover was more securely attached & had a guard to prevent your rear foot from stepping or pressing against it by accident. Great value, use it as a short trip transportation vehicle in the city. Light enough to carry short distances. Front & rear light, decent braking. Can handle mild hills inclines. Anything steep you will need to walk or at best go up at 3 miles/hr. I have hit small potholes frequently & it has survived. Handles my 200 lbs no problem. Solid tires which means no air worries or flats but no cushion or suspension, so if road or sidewalk are rough you feel it all. Loving it.

I've had this scooter almost a year. I live in Wisconsin and rode it all Winter. It's been a great scooter in every way with no problems at all. I weight #200 so I don't get the the max miles out of it. I use it for short trips and immediately recharge it after each use. I generally don't go more than 3 miles each way ...no more than 8 miles round trip max. Obviously hills are a mileage killer but riding against the wind is worse. I think if a light person rode this they would get about 15 miles until it ran out of juice. This is perfect for a neighborhood or campus or small town. Fits perfect on a bus or Uber and folds super easy. Don't ride it in rain or snow and wipe it down after every use. If you are looking for something you can ride all day w/o a charge you'll need to spend around $1000. But I can't be more happy with this scooter 🛴

I gave it 3 stars because the info that it says on Amazon isnt correct. The battery only last up to 10 miles . Also it’s very bumpy and you feel every bump. Can’t go past 15 miles because it start to get very shaky. Also I do weigh about 230 pounds. I’m to heavy for it. Also doesn’t do good on hills. But side from all that. Riding it on flat surfaces was pretty good. If you don’t have no hills and you weigh no more then 200 pounds. Your good. It come already build & put together and all you have to do is install the handle bars. The build in light came in handle. But if your looking for something that can last up 20-30 miles and can climbs hill no problem. I wouldn’t recommend this scooter. Now the battery does last about 15-20 miles in flat surfaces and if your weight is no more then 200 pounds.
