Save your time and your money. This scooter only makes it about a mile before the battery needs to be recharged. I trusted ordering the scooter off-line because Amazon is usually good with refunds if the product does not work for you, however that was not the case here. I feel like I gave away 160+ dollars for no reason the seller did respond and does respond to messages but they give you so much of a runaround. They keep requesting me to try different things first they asked me to fully charge the scooter. Screenshot the app full screenshot it again when it needs to be recharged. I did. Now they’re asking me to use a digital multimeter which I do not own and if I don’t have one for me to take it to a local repair shop and they will use a digital multi meter for me so more money I have to spend that’s not fair, being that in today’s world I work two jobs so I do not have the time to go to a local repair shops nor the need to go buy a digital multimeter when the best way to help your customers in my opinion would be to replace the scooter or refund the price, especially when the first test was proven that this scooter does not hold a charge. I am so disappointed, their giving me so much back-and-forth and I think that was only to avoid having to replace the scooter or refund the money. I am tired of the back-and-forth to the point that I have just decided to cut my loss. Please do yourself a favor find a different one . This is not a good scooter.

This scooter is amazing, perfect for getting around. The motor has great pick-up. It gets up to speed quickly and handles hills much better than I expected. The range is excellent. I can go wherever I need to without worrying about the battery dying. It feels very steady and safe. Even on bumpy roads, the ride is comfortable and easy to control. It's too big and gets folded down easily. Bottom Line: It’s fast, reliable, and very easy to use. Highly recommended!

It’s a great scooter. Overall a “B.” The range however is not as advertised but it was well worth the purchase. The battery can be display is a little wonky, it tells you you have a full battery when you have gone two miles, but then later it will say it’s at 50% when you go a little more. Sometimes when you turn it off it says the battery is dead, but then when you turn it back on, it still has power. The speed and acceleration are easy to use. It’s a fun scooter. Comfortable and stance, good breaking. Easy to put together. Good all around. The range and the battery are not that big of a deal in the overall enjoyment of the scooter. It does go 18 mph as advertised. Enjoyable scooter. Well worth purchasing. I would recommend it.
