So my boys saved up and bought these. I set them up and charged them before they got home from school. It’s usually easier that way. First off, quality looks great. No issues with unfolding and only requires four bolts to install. I do recommend a ‘T’ handle 4mm Allen or impact driver as a cable limits using the ‘L’ Allen key on one side. The handle alignment was off on one of the scooters but is easy to adjust. You will have to loosen the two socket head cap screws, I believe it’s a 5mm Allen head. These two screws are on a collar just above where the column folds and they oppose directions. Once loose, just squeeze the wheel between your feet and twist the handles the direction needed. I’ve always just eye balled the alignment. Be sure to tighten the two screws back up. When folding or unfolding, there is a cam lock that holds the lever in place. If this is too loose or tight, you can loosen or tighten the bolt in the front. This will be the bolt that is located in the C style clamp. The reflective tape that comes with it didn’t have instructions on where to place. I did place them on the left and right side of the column under the Brand name. I placed the last two on the front shocks facing slightly outwards, one on each side. We will be installing more reflective tape for safety. These scooters do have a great amount of torque. My kids have been riding lots of motorized vehicles gas and electric since they were little so be careful if the rider is inexperienced, careless or fearless. They have been on the fastest modes but realize they don’t need to go that fast and usually pick one of the first two modes. The controller menu is super easy to figure out and the display is bright enough to see in daylight. I gave it 5 stars for price and quality. Time will tell all though. I can’t wait to get me one now.

When I first got it the front tire was completely flat, then the back tire went flat, and then I found out that the valve stem was leaking, so I bought tires that ended up being the wrong ones because it's almost impossible to find 10x2-6.1 tires, and i found out that they put 8.5 inch tube's in 10 inch tires, which is insanely dangerous, and when I finally managed to get the right tires and pry them onto it, the scooter had almost no power, it won't take a slight uphill and won't go over 13 on flat sidewalk. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

I love this scooter let me say that to start it does everything it says it does road it out the box with 70% charge and was able to easily hit max speeds even in my very hilly area with gravel and dirt roads because of construction and had no issues with take off lost very minimal speed but as shown in the pictures this scooter has 10in tires but it was shipped with 8in tubes this can be very very very dangerous as improper tube size can cause early flats I got lucky as my tire went flat on the way home from work likely due to the wrong size and improper inflation on my part as I only checked and had to inflate one tire as well as I had to forcefully remove and break the plastic reflectors as they block the boots to remove the wheel and are not easily removed other wise TLDR great scooter for its price but check your tubes and inflate both tired before you ride and be ready to do some work if you need to replace a tire/tube

Absolutely love this!! Not only is it affordable, put it together with ease, it rides smooth, handles bumps well, it's not too heavy. 10" tires, dual shocks, the 3 speeds are perfect for me!! I can't wait to get Skootin!!

The tube inside was damaged and got a new tube and idk how they are able to put it thru the hole for the nozle where the air goes in how do I fix that
