Not a bad product, sems well made, my only complaint which almost made me return it, when braking the front brake grabs before the rear brake and if you are not careful with braking it could throw you out of control, especially going downhill. I would not recommend for a teenager to use because of the brakes. At some point I will try to adjust the brakes if I can. It has a top speed of about 21mph and can climb a pretty steep hill. I use it all the time. Range is not bad either. If I can not give it even a1 star, I would. This purchase was made on July 9th 2025 and my son started using it at his campus in early September. After less than 3 months of use, today is November 4th, the scooter broke. It broke where the handle bars and the base of the scooter met. My son fell off and had scrapes/bruises on his knees and legs. This is so poorly made and is a danger to all even traveling at less than 20 mph. I should have noted that the product did not come with a warranty either. Now, this explains why the manufacturer did not provide a warranty! This company should not be selling these scooters that have no consideration for consumer safety! ... show more

Great for daily commuting! I bought this scooter for commuting to work and I’m very satisfied. The battery lasts around 25 km, the speed is decent (up to 25 km/h), and it’s very easy to fold. Top speed no matter what is 22mph, which in the case i was using it for at a ranch with grass and rocks it worked great and lasted the whole day if not almost the whole day. do not use and beware of sand. It will block the wheel instantly. Great with grass and rocky road(you will feel everything from the road since there is no suspension) amazing on flat surfaces and wet roads. I used it while it rained and it was great. I recommend wearing with glasses to avoid eye hits from the road. It makes zero noise and its front wheel drive is great, you can control how hard you can break on the app. The light is super bright at night. It fits on my backseat when folded and on my trunk amazingly. I live on a third floor and when i fold and lock it i can carry it without taking a break all the way up. Super light and super fast charging…overnight. Charger is super practical and its stable when used. Great quality. Not the fastest but it gets you places quick. ... show more

I've had this scooter for about a week and I absolutely love it. I got the 500 watt, 22 mph, 18 mi range model. I couldn't be more satisfied. It's well built and sturdy. Super fun to ride and looks really cool too... flat black red walls on black tires. Definitely worth the price. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be the binding process I couldn't get the scan QR code request fulfilled, they should explain that a little bit better. I’m conflicted about the review of the scooter. It rides nicely and fits in with the description but I’ve had it since June 6th a little over 2 weeks now and already the tread on tires are worn down drastically and the rear tire actually popped today , not fun on a 92 degree day over 3 miles from home now walking. It wouldn’t be a great deal but it popped on a flat road while breaking. I need to replace the tire now which totally sucks. ... show more

One star for the fact it does go fast, but other than that I would stick with a more reputable brand such as hiboy. The breaks aren’t great and after only two weeks of riding both tires went flat. Personally, I regret going the cheap way and should have stuck with what I knew to be good!
