So I fricken love this little thing I’ve been using this for almost a month and it’s made getting around my town so much more easy! I ride it to gym and the school & it typically takes two of the charge bars (like 6 miles). It charges fully within maybe 2 hours or so, so not too long. It’s not stupid heavy, it’s like 20 pounds so if u need to fold it up and put it in the car that’s totally possible. I typically hit 18-16 mph on a full charge so it’s pretty well! It feels sturdy as I’ve rode it on roads and sidewalks & the little light is a great addon for when u ride early in the morning. The ride quality is amazing, it I never feel uncomfortable. There’s an app offered, I still haven’t used it so it works great without it. Something that I wish it had was a cup holder but that’s just me lol. Great for the price!

Werhy H5 stopped working after 2 months of use well within the 1 year warranty. Showed a wrench, and a “01” and left a saucer sized pile of black soot on the concrete. After contacting the seller/manufacturer out of Germany, (this took many days of them slow playing the correspondence) they agreed it was defective and wanted to send me parts to replace what they felt was defect. This would require complete disassemble of the machine. I requested an authorized repair service as I’m not a small engine repair person…. non existent in the US. They then agreed to send a replacement scooter, asking for my personal information. I gave them my name and address. They then said they will give me the shipment/tracking info as soon as they ship then went dark. That was days ago. I have been in contact with Amazon the entire time. First Amazon agreed to provide a refund on a A to Z claim. Without telling me Amazon denied that claim without explanation, saying I can appeal…..but providing no way to do so. Seller is still dark….and Amazon last correspondence was to send the seller another message and told me to wait a couple more days. The seller/manufacturer and Amazon are not only slow playing the issue, they are not standing behind the warranty.

I bought this for my daughter and she LOVES IT. She rides it multiple times a day. It’s very easy to use. It keeps a charge for a long time! I like how you can control how fast the top speed is by the different settings. There is a headlight and a tail light/break light. Definitely worth the price I paid. I would purchase this again!

The electric scooter is awesome! We got it for my son’s birthdays and he loves it. It goes fast and is a very good size. There is absolutely no noise coming from it. The front light is very bright and great for at night. It was easy to put together and simple to use. I love the design and how large the scooter is. It fits my son perfectly. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because when it came the glass screen was completely scratched up and warped on the bottom. In the sun you can see the screen is just riddled with scratch marks.

please read if your thinking about getting this scooter. lowkey don’t listen to the bad reviews this scooter is the best thing i’ve purchased i love it!!! it goes so fast and battery lasts sooo long!!! like 4-5 hours and only takes 3 hours to fully charge fasted ive gone on it was 30 mph it’s great size too! definitely worth buying and ridding it is smooth not shaky or anything , and the breaks work good and the light is bright for night! and folds supper easy for taking it places definitely get it!!!

I picked up this newly launched electric scooter as my daily commuter, and it’s been a solid choice. The 500W motor (with a 350W option) gives plenty of punch — I hit the claimed 22 MPH easily on flat roads. The 10-inch solid tires are a huge plus: no flats to worry about, though you do feel bumps a bit more than with air-filled ones. Range is realistic; I got about 23 miles on a full charge with moderate riding. Folding mechanism feels sturdy and quick, and the brake system responds well even at top speed. The main trade-off is ride comfort on rough pavement, but for the price and reliability (no punctures!), it's a great buy for teens or adults wanting a hassle-free scooter.
