I’ve been really happy with this WERHY electric scooter so far. It’s smooth, quick, and feels really solid when riding. The motor has plenty of power, and it picks up speed faster than I expected. I also love how easy it is to fold and carry, super convenient for getting in and out of the car. The battery life has been great too. I can ride for a long time before needing to charge it, and the display + app make it easy to check everything. The app features are actually really useful, especially being able to lock the scooter and switch modes. The overall design looks clean and modern, and the ride feels stable even on slightly uneven sidewalks. For everyday use, it’s been perfect. Definitely worth it and I’m really glad I bought it.

This scooter is very fast. It will go 19Mph as posted. I wasn’t expecting it to be as fast as it is. It is very convenient to take places the way it folds up so easily and how light it is. I love the appearance of this scooter it is very stylish looking. The battery lasts a very long time. It is built durable and of quality. It was super easy to put together. Learning to use it was really easy. The 3 speed modes make it convenient to operate at the speed you want to go. I really like the digital speed odometer. The light on the front and brake light makes it convenient to ride it at night. The hand brake makes it safe to ride anytime as well. I love the colors. The gray floor really makes this scooter look stylish. I really enjoy riding this scooter. Very much recommend this product to anyone. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was very easy to set up and I love this functionality.

7/10/25 UPDATE So you locked up your scooter 20 miles away from home with the app to keep it from getting stolen... Now what? Now the glitchy scooter/app will not connect to Bluetooth. So you email their tech support, contact them through Amazon messaging, and call Amazon AND YOU WAIT to hear back from Werhy on how to unlock YOUR scooter. Hours go by... your scooter is still locked, No word from Werhy (perhaps they're still asleep in China) and your return window closes tomorrow. You ponder whether or not you should've bought a Chinese scooter.... Not that I locked it up 20 miles away. Fortunately, I tested it at home but it could've happened that way to anyone. I have found no reset button either on the scooter or in the manual and it's been over 8 hours since I first tried to contact them (regular Thursday 9:00 am). It's not a holiday or a weekend. *************************************** ORIGINAL REVIEW *************************************** 6/4/2025 Preface: I am a 63 year old experienced motorcycle rider. 1st impressions: Weight is obviously heavier than a kick scooter because of the metal frame and BATTERY weight. Unboxing and assembly: pretty simple and straight forward in spite of the rather small drawings. 1. Lock the handlebar post upright. 2. Feed the extra wires into the post. 3. Mount the handlebars on the post with the included 4 screws and included tools. You will have 4 extra screws (no extra charge). It came with battery at 100% charged and set to the fastest speed setting. *NOTE* Top speed is NOT 30 mph (as some have said) but 35 kph (which is 22 mph). It seems you need to connect bluetooth to turn cruise control on and switch from kph to mph and control acceleration. I haven't checked the accuracy of the speedometer but at fastest speed I'd say it's faster than running with much less effort. Handling: well the tires are small and solid (not inflatable) . In spite of the small shock absorbers you will feel EVERY bump in the road. Your eyes will bounce up and down while driving. The scooter will stutter side to side rapidly as you work on your balance and your rear leg will get tired so you might want to switch leading legs. A lot of that may just be my inexperience as a scooter rider or driving too fast. It has 3 speeds. Eco goes around 7 mph. D. goes up to about 10 or 12 mph and S. Sport goes up to 22 mph. It struggles a lot on even gentler inclines (hills). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under 12 years old or anyone older and frail. I will probably glue some eva foam board on the decking to dampen the vibration after I get used to it. I will update this if I have anything more to say. 7/10/25: OK I've got more to say. I was leery about locking the scooter with the app because the scooter frequently loses bluetooth connectivity. I was right! I locked it at the house. It won't connect to Bluetooth. Now I can't unlock it. I emailed Werhy service and reached out through Amazon messaging. No reply, buts it's only been an hour. I will not change my 4 stars if they tell me how to unlock it soon. I will post a follow up.

This electric scooter has been a great purchase and a lot of fun to use. Right out of the box, it felt solid, well built, and high quality. The setup was simple and didn’t take much time at all. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks even better in person than in the pictures. The ride is smooth and comfortable, even on slightly uneven pavement. It accelerates nicely, handles well, and feels stable while riding. The handlebars are comfortable to grip, and the controls are easy to understand, even for beginners. I also really like how compact it is, it’s easy to fold and store when not in use. Overall, this scooter offers excellent performance for the price. It’s reliable, fun, and perfect for short commutes or just cruising around the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable electric scooter!
