I recently got the VOLPAM electric scooter, and it has been a great purchase. It’s powerful enough to get me around the city easily, and the speed is just right for commuting. The battery life is impressive, and I can ride for a long time without worrying about charging. The solid tires make the ride smooth, and I don’t have to deal with flats, which is a huge plus. The cruise control is a nice touch, and the app makes it easy to check the battery and adjust settings. For the price, I think this scooter is a great deal. It’s sturdy, reliable, and fun to ride. Definitely worth it.

I bought this for my daughter who is about to turn 13. I had purchased a Segway ninebot, but it was small and not fast enough, so that will be for me younger daughter. I was impressed by the build quality of the valpom scooter. It was easy to assemble. It took me a second to find where the charger plugs in. I like that this scooter supports a lot of weight and it's quite fast, so she'll be able to grow into it. I love the digital read out, which shows the battery level, the driving mode, and the miles per hour. It's easy to change driving modes. The scooter has great torque and power, and the brakes work well. I like that there are reflective lights and a brake light for safety. I am very pleased with the quality and capability of this scooter, so much so that I purchased the version with shock absorbers for myself! I have not tried the app, so I can't speak to it yet.

The scooter is easy to assemble, very easy to use, very fast, but also very stable, the brakes are very strong and not too large, perfect for midsize people like me. The battery is very durable and has been riding for a few days. It is also very convenient to fold and can be placed in the trunk of an office or car. This is a great means of transportation.

Great build quality on the scooter, rides really nice, good suspension. But it accelerates a little slow, if you turn up all of the settings and have it on the highest speed its usable, definitely get the 500W model with the 10AH battery, that is the one I got, and it gets around 13 miles of range on the highest speed. Goes around 19 miles per hour consistently, and struggles on steeper hills, but can maintain 18 on 10 percent grade or lower. Also its very quiet. Good size as well. Very portable. For a $300 scooter, it really could be a LOT worse!

I use this VOLPAM electric scooter for food delivery, and it has completely changed the way I work. Before, I had to walk long distances after parking my vehicle, which wasted a lot of time and energy. Now, with this scooter, I can move around effortlessly and complete deliveries much faster. The powerful 350W/500W motor provides smooth acceleration, and the 8.5"/10" solid tires make the ride stable and comfortable. The battery life is impressive—I can cover 19-23 miles on a single charge, which is more than enough for a full shift. Plus, the scooter is lightweight and easy to fold, making it super convenient to carry and store. So far the scooter is great, (knock on wood) I read many reviews about the scooter and I have had no problems that the one stars had, that is so far though. I have had the scooter for two days and rode it a few times. It has great power, great breaks, and is a very quiet scooter. It does have an electric whirl but it’s pretty quiet. The scooter can make it up hills no problem. I don’t weigh that much but it still makes it up. I haven’t rode it very far yet but it can go pretty far and still not die. The head light and break light feature is cool too. Very safe for younger kids and riding at night. I had all the parts and charger come in the box. Assembly was very easy and only a few steps. The hardest part was getting it out of the box. So far I recommend this scooter and definitely get it on sale. I will write an update if anything changes.

This is definitely for those of us who want to dip our feet into electric scooters without too high of a cost. Top speed isn’t too fast or slow. I weigh about 245-250. The weight limit is 265. I live in NYC and on our first mostly full charge, it got me up to the top of Fort Tryon and down to 138th street and halfway back to 168th. That’s approximately 6.5 miles on a mix of the different modes. I do not suggest switching between them. Stick to D or Sport. This thing is BUMPY. The shocks do help but you will be feeling bumpy roads and potholes. This thing also struggles heading up steeper hills but does ok on slight inclines. I blame this more on solid state tires more so the suspension. Your legs will feel like jello once you’re done on a bumpy road. Is this worth what I paid (about 239)? YES! This is the perfect size to practice and learn if a scooter is right for you without breaking the bank. Will you be doing more than short trips? Probably not, unless you are willing to charge up wherever you’re going. It charges pretty quickly within 5 hours to full. I also had a bit of a problem like other posters before with a screw sticking out. The other three got in just fine, but this last screw warped two of my Allen wrenches and the one is came with. If you can’t get it in, DO NOT FORCE IT. mine stays in before I practically welded it there with epoxy. Bottom line: great value for a beginner, a lighter person, or a teenager. If you’re larger like I am, it MAY work, but this isn’t the middle finger to the MTA it’s cracked up to be.
