The media could not be loaded. The scooter is easy to assemble and well made. It is heavier than I expected, but in a good way. The parts are not flimsy as if to break during first use. The grips are tight and the eco mode is great for those getting comfortable with riding. The bell was a nice feature I didn't realize was there until putting it together. Love the built in headlight that is bright. This will work great for my 15yo to get to and from her classes. Battery lasts long enough for at least two miles. (Haven't tried to go further than that).
