If I can not give it even a1 star, I would. This purchase was made on July 9th 2025 and my son started using it at his campus in early September. After less than 3 months of use, today is November 4th, the scooter broke. It broke where the handle bars and the base of the scooter met. My son fell off and had scrapes/bruises on his knees and legs. This is so poorly made and is a danger to all even traveling at less than 20 mph. I should have noted that the product did not come with a warranty either. Now, this explains why the manufacturer did not provide a warranty! This company should not be selling these scooters that have no consideration for consumer safety! ... show more

Not a bad product, sems well made, my only complaint which almost made me return it, when braking the front brake grabs before the rear brake and if you are not careful with braking it could throw you out of control, especially going downhill. I would not recommend for a teenager to use because of the brakes. At some point I will try to adjust the brakes if I can. It has a top speed of about 21mph and can climb a pretty steep hill. I use it all the time. Range is not bad either. I recently purchased another electric scooter through Amazon which has a 600w motor and I love everything about it including the braking ability. ... show more

It runs fine, pulls my 100lb kid around like it’s nothing . I’m 215 and it pulls me around as well but was purchased for my kid. It does have a glitch here and there where the dashboard malfunctions but overall has been a decent purchase.

I’m conflicted about the review of the scooter. It rides nicely and fits in with the description but I’ve had it since June 6th a little over 2 weeks now and already the tread on tires are worn down drastically and the rear tire actually popped today , not fun on a 92 degree day over 3 miles from home now walking. It wouldn’t be a great deal but it popped on a flat road while breaking. I need to replace the tire now which totally sucks. ... show more
