It works and it lasts very long, I crashed once and it's still in the best condition.its a very smooth ride and the design is nice. I would recommend and I got all the parts when I ordered it and it was easy to assemble. It does reach 25 mph and the it takes like 3-4 hours to charge, and the folding is easy and it does stay in place. Highly recommend if ur looking for a cheap buy fast scooter! ... show more

    • AVOID! Mediocre when worked; then stopped working at all in five months.
I bought two of these, one after another. The first one was stolen a couple of months after the purchase, so no long-term data on it, but the motor proved weak from the start. The declared 500W are not felt. It could barely move a 150-lbs person up a 12% grade. The front wheel is pneumatic, the rear wheel is solid plastic, which I did not expect, I thought both wheels were pneumatic, and the advertising does not clarify this. We bought the second one because the first one worked sufficiently well on level surface, and it was good enough for moving around a uni campus, and it had larger wheels, which are beneficial for rough surface with cracks in the pavement. We bought in on March 31, 2025. The scooter was rarely used during the summer break. It worked several days ago, but today it declined to work. When the trigger is pressed, the scooter shows the sixth icon on the top bar ("Engine"), but goes nowhere. There is no torque. The wrench pictogram ("Fault prompt") is not displayed, so I guess the control system thinks that nothing is wrong. What can be wrong? A broken wire somewhere? But it has not been moved since after it worked. There is no reset button that I can use. The website says "contact us SISIGAD" (sic!), but shows no contact form and no email. The warranty is only 90 days. I would have given it three stars when it worked, but only one star now. Avoid! ... show more

Bought this scooter for my 10yr old son. He loves it, best thing since blue mouldy cheese. Built sturdy and was well packaged to avoid any delivery/travelling/courier mishaps. Was delivered 2 days prior than date given - Awe, Awe Ouens, julle het hom bring deur gebring. Looks are very appealing and its pretty easy to use. 500 W is a great strength for my son, I tried the scooter, I weigh 78Kg - was great but inclines were a little sluggish for me, I live in a neighbourhood with quite a few inclines - my sons weight however posed no problems. My son uses the scooter to Hell Blaze around the neighborhood visiting all his mates. Battery also lasts longer than I expected it to last - this of course equates entirely to your personalized usage - easy to charge with the supplied power cord and charging point on the scooter. Overall, I would rate this scooter a 9/10 for the price. The LED screen is pretty cool, in between the handle bars - has what you need to see what your'e doing. I also took the ASURION 2 Year Ride-On Protection Plan - having a Hell Blazer, I thought it was a good call - haven't had to use it as yet, but its a back up when its needed - obviously this is not a toy but a reliable mode of transport - Ï have instilled this in my son and how he should respect and look after this mode of transport. Nice one to the manufacturers - well done. I would definitely purchase one of these guys for myself, being an adult thus with a stronger motor ( I'm an adult Hell Blazer : ) ) - like anything in life, if you look after your things they will last and bring you much pleasure. ... show more

Great product for the money. Goes faster than it even says. Battery does not last as long as I would like for it to. For a starter scooter definitely worth it.

Scooter stopped working after 11 days. Charged up but would not power on. Requested a replacement and it was sent right away. Be sure to communicate with seller. I returned original scooter and the replacement has held up so far. The replacement is not the exact scooter that was ordered, but specs send to be the same. Good speed, seems sturdy, quiet, lasts a good amount of time. My 12 year old loves it. ... show more

Bought the scooter for my nine-year-old daughter for her birthday! She loves it !! It definitely goes 25 miles an hour!! Battery last quite awhile .. longer then I thought it would be.. she rides it daily all over .. her older sister has one as well and it’s been awesome both having one and having bonding time .. was very well packaged and easy to put together. Very durable. Folds up easy and easy to transport.. the price is well worth it !! Very sturdy.. I also enjoy taking it around the block for a quick ride .. ... show more

Worked great for 9 months. Now at the 10th month mark it shuts off randomly even when fully charged. Sent a message to seller to ask about possibly purchasing a replacement battery and no response.

This scooter! It's been nonstop problems since we got it. Customer service was great and they replaced a part because it stopped working maybe a month after we bought it. We bought this March '25 and its September and it won't turn on and doesn't work. Over $200 wasted!
