I just bought mine and arrived 2 days ago. Today I decided to put it together. It’s been charging for 8 hours, charger had light on, but the scooter isn’t turning on, I pressed button for more than 20 seconds several times, checked all the wire connections and nothing, leg came scratched even thought it’s supposed to be new. I have watched videos on YouTube, looked on Google and contacted the company to see what should I do before returning. I was very excited to use it today now I’m very disappointed:(

Bought this scooter for my 10yr old son. He loves it, best thing since blue mouldy cheese. Built sturdy and was well packaged to avoid any delivery/travelling/courier mishaps. Was delivered 2 days prior than date given - Awe, Awe Ouens, julle het hom bring deur gebring. Looks are very appealing and its pretty easy to use. 500 W is a great strength for my son, I tried the scooter, I weigh 78Kg - was great but inclines were a little sluggish for me, I live in a neighbourhood with quite a few inclines - my sons weight however posed no problems. My son uses the scooter to Hell Blaze around the neighborhood visiting all his mates. Battery also lasts longer than I expected it to last - this of course equates entirely to your personalized usage - easy to charge with the supplied power cord and charging point on the scooter. Overall, I would rate this scooter a 9/10 for the price. The LED screen is pretty cool, in between the handle bars - has what you need to see what your'e doing. I also took the ASURION 2 Year Ride-On Protection Plan - having a Hell Blazer, I thought it was a good call - haven't had to use it as yet, but its a back up when its needed - obviously this is not a toy but a reliable mode of transport - Ï have instilled this in my son and how he should respect and look after this mode of transport. Nice one to the manufacturers - well done. I would definitely purchase one of these guys for myself, being an adult thus with a stronger motor ( I'm an adult Hell Blazer : ) ) - like anything in life, if you look after your things they will last and bring you much pleasure.

This scooter is of high quality and amazingly fast. My 11 year old goes 25mph on it, can ride up to 5 hours without a charge, and has a blast. The lights at night provide safety and great visibility. The digital display lights up and gives lots of information to the rider. It's durable, compactable and withstands the beating any kid can give it. It only takes a few hours to charge and he's off riding again!

Scooter stopped working after 11 days. Charged up but would not power on. Requested a replacement and it was sent right away. Be sure to communicate with seller. I returned original scooter and the replacement has held up so far. The replacement is not the exact scooter that was ordered, but specs send to be the same. Good speed, seems sturdy, quiet, lasts a good amount of time. My 12 year old loves it.

Bought the scooter for my nine-year-old daughter for her birthday! She loves it !! It definitely goes 25 miles an hour!! Battery last quite awhile .. longer then I thought it would be.. she rides it daily all over .. her older sister has one as well and it’s been awesome both having one and having bonding time .. was very well packaged and easy to put together. Very durable. Folds up easy and easy to transport.. the price is well worth it !! Very sturdy.. I also enjoy taking it around the block for a quick ride ..

If I could give this 0 stars I would honestly one of the worst buys I have done I bought 2 of these for my kids , the first one didn’t run it would turn on but didn’t work so i sent it back and then a month and a day later the other one basically did the same thing it turns on but does not run I would advise to buy somewhere else I spent almost 600 on two of these and I definitely don’t think I will get a refund or any help I been trying to reach out but just before you buy know THIS MACHINE WILL EITHER TURN ON AND NOT RUN AT ALL OR WORK FOR HOPEFULLY A MONTH AND BREAK DOWN WITH THE ISSUE OF IT NOT RUNNING .
