This is my third recliner that I have purchased off Amazon, all from different companies. I never thought I'd buy furniture via Amazon, but it is much cheaper price than the furniture box stores and with Prime no delivery fee. In comparison, this one had a lot more assembly to put together versus the other two, but every thing aligned and the end result is, it is a nice looking, comfortable recliner. The massage is on the faint side, but nonetheless with the heat and massage, it does make my achy back feel better. The bonus pillow matches the faux leather and is comfortable for the back of the head. Lastly, this was shipped in one big box. As I was putting it together, I thought I was missing parts. Come to find out, the missing parts were stuck underneath inside the chair. Be sure to look underneath the base part of the chair for missing parts. I received the chair, it came in a box. I thought oh no it was a kids chair. It wasn't lol it was in pieces though, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to put it together. The directions were there and all the pieces. I was able to put it together without any help, it wasn't too hard at all. The chair is a nice chair, it fits my husband who is a big guy. It goes back plenty far enough. It has 2 remotes, 1 for going back and the other has massage and heat. It works great my husband loves it. ... show more

    • Very Difficult to put together!
Came in a lot of pieces and was very hard to assemble. My older parents would not have been able to put this together alone. It is small and my dads feet were hanging off, so not for people over 5'8.

This chair does not come assembled, so set aside some time. Mine was missing one piece. Contacted seller, and even though there was a hiccup in shipping, I received the missing piece and finished asswmbly last night. Very comfortable to sir in and recline. I have upcoming shoulder surgery and have been told I would need to sleep in a recliner for a few weeks. The "leather" material is actually skin friendly, which surprised me. I will probably put a cover on it during my recovery since I will be sleeping in it. Customer service was top notch. Bought this as a replacement for a recliner we have that the power supply went bad on. Purchased based on the description of oversized & extra wide plus the heat and massage. A few things, It has to be assembled (no big deal if you can follow basic instructions) and the box it was shipped in was badly damaged so I was thankful the chair itself wasn't damaged and no pieces were missing. The control to raise & lower have a USB Type C and a old school USB port to charge phones, laptops, etc which is a nice touch. It is a good chair, but the description is a little misleading as it is most definitely not oversized or extra wide and the heat & massage are only on the low back portion. Again, a good chair overall but I'll be buying a new power supply for the old recliner and moving this one into a different room. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was a gift for my daughter's new home, she loves it and the size is perfect. cup holders, armrest storage and Type-C charging are all very useful, very comfortable and good value for money.

The media could not be loaded. I'll preface this with stating the instructions do not match the chair pieces. We had to ditch them and piece it together. Also, the screws are all the same size even though they are not packaged that way. This was difficult to put together because of the above mentioned things. The vibrating aspect is WEAK. Don't expect anything to relieve pain or get a massage effect. The heat is also pretty weak, but it is better than the vibrating. When the chair is reclined the arms move forward too much and you need the cushion (or pillow) to fill in the gap. However, it is pretty comfortable. It isn't very soft, but firm and my two sons love it. So far the padding and performance have been good. Will update if necessary. ... show more
