The chair came with easy to read instructions. No tools required. Can hold up to 300 -330 lbs person. Also includes a heat-massage remote, side pocket and UBS plug useful for charging my iPhone. Problem my cat and granddaughter thinks it’s for them! The power button is above the side pocket built into the chair. I would buy it again!!

I received the chair in two boxes. I put it together in about 15 minutes. Plugged in both plugs. Everything worked as it should. The chair required no tools whats ever, and everything came in the box. The button on the side controls the tilt backwards and also powers the chair upward in the other direction. It also comes with a remote control that controls the heat function and eight individual massagers. There are multiple massaging functions. I bought this for my mother she fractured her hip. She is 5’2 and needed a lift chair for assistance to get up. I don’t know how long it’ll last but for the money this is a great deal and a very nice product. I wouldn’t think twice about buying it if it’s something that you need. It’s not pillow soft but it’s very comfortable! It is firm/medium soft. That makes for a very nice chair to pick you up with, so you don’t slide. It also has a USB port on the control for charging which is also very nice. I am 6’5” 270 pounds. I fit in it but would not recommend this chair for my size. 6’2 or smaller for height would be better. I do have to say the chair had no problem picking up my weight effortlessly and very quiet. So as far as weight goes it has no problem with that! Just my height.
