I wanted an inexpensive comfortable reclining chair that had extra features and I got exactly that. I am sure that there are a lot more comfortable and more powerful massaging chairs out there but I wasnât planning on spending a thousand dollars just for a chair. This is my first reclining chair so I may be overlooking details and I have only tried it for a day and donât know if long term I will change my opinion but here is what I think. I placed my order and it said it would take a couple of weeks to get to me but a got it a full week ahead of what they estimated. It came in two big heavy boxes, one I could lift with just a little trouble but the biggest box was extremely heavy. I am a tall heavyweight female that while not very active can still help my parents with the heavy lifting, so when I say that the second box is heavy then I advise you to get a second person to help you move it. You can move it by yourself but it will be extremely difficult. The good news is that the heavy box does have good handholds on it. The boxes did have some damage which is kinda understandable since they are so large and heavy. The assembly was pretty easy, I did it by myself in about thirty minutes. I was a little hesitant about sliding the pieces together since it was an expensive purchase but it seemed sturdy. I was a little confused on the wiring but the instructions are not bad, you just need to find all the wires. There was one under one of the side arms that took me a few minutes to find. It does have two power cables, one for the wired remote control and a second for the chair itself so you need to take that into consideration. I used an extension cord with two power outlets. The chair looks great and is very comfortable. The arm cushions are plump, firm but with a little give. The back cushions are also plump, firm with a little give. If I had to say the one thing I am disappointed about the support is the head rest. I am 5â9 which I believe is the recommended max height for the chair. When I have the footrest up and the chair is leaning back a little in the reclining position, the headrest is in the wrong position for me. What I mean is that if I lay my head back then my head it just tilted back to far back to comfortably watch tv, read, or use an iPad. That is easily fixed, I just put the small lumbar pillow they included behind my head and it is fine, so no big deal for me. Now the massage feature was different from what I was expecting. I was hoping for what I experience when I get my nails done in a salon. Which is nice firm rolling motions, I like a strong massage. What the chair has is more a vibration massage. I turned in on and was at first disappointed and my body felt confused because it wasnât what it was used to. I decided to give it a chance and was glad I did. After about 15 minutes I got used to the new experience and started to enjoy it and now love it. I do turn off the back position pretty often and use the other positions because it vibrates my head a little to much to comfortably read but is not to bad when relaxing or watching tv. The great thing about using a vibrating massage is that when it is off you donât feel any of the mechanisms, it just feels like a comfortable chair which is something I was worried about when searching for chairs. The massage function might seem a little loud when you are sitting in the chair but it is not to bad, you do definitely know when it is on. The heat function does start out very weak which made me disappointed at first because I was hoping to relax under a blanket and be warmed up but it does get to be pretty warm. It is a gradual heating process that you might not notice till you realize your back is warm. It is perfect if you are trying to use the heat to relax your back muscles. When the footrest is up my feet do dangling off at the ankles but so far it doesnât seem to be uncomfortable, though if you are taller then 5â9 then you might want to think about it. I am not sure if I like that the remote control is wired. You canât lose it since it is attached but I like wireless devices. When you reclining the chair all the way back you are not laying flat. My face is looking at the ceiling and it goes farther back then a chair seat. At first I thought it might tip because it goes so far back and the footrest does lift a little farther up then when you just regularly recline but I donât think it will flip unless you are moving around more then you should be. Overall for the price I paid I think this is a fantastic chair. If you are new to recliners I think you will love this chair and if you are not new I still think you will think it is a great product for its price.

Got ripped off. I sent many pictures of chair where one of the cables underneath has bare wires showing. They said it was because of use. I could NEVER USE chair as it never worked. I tried working with them as Amazon says to do. They dragged it on all year. Guarantee is almost up and they still won't fix problem or refund money. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!

These arrived much faster than they had first stated. My siblings and I pitched in to get these for my aging dad and stepmom, who are both dealing with medical issues. They have been just absolutely thrilled with them. It took us a bit to assemble them but it was mainly because my husband is an âI donât need âdestructionsââ type. The company certainly provided enough assistance to help us. Dad sent a message the next morning and said they didnât like them and my heart sank because we had rearranged their entire living room for them and jumped through some hoops to get them for them. Before I could figure out why, he sent another message and said they loved them. :)

Seems to be a good chair so far. Found it to be a little bit wobbly but overall not bad. Wish that it had wireless remote control for the lift part of the chair.

My mother has a right shoulder injury that prevents her from maneuver the push buttons that control the power lift motor, so she still needs assistance with the push buttons to help her get up or down. I wish it either had a cord or cordless remote control like the one for the massage feature. It also didn't come with the lumbar pillow that it showing in the picture. My mom said it's very comfortable though.
