At first I thought it was broken, or wouldn’t take a charge. Was ready to send back. Read the instructions again, and found the problem. I didn’t have the arrows lined up. After. Worked excellent. Great product for the price. After grinding my Herb by hand all this time. Should have bought earlier. Fast and easy. Don’t do more than instructions say. It will turn it to powder very fast.

I had to use a grip wrench to get the arrows on the lid aligned. The grinder will not turn on otherwise. Or, if I slammed it down hard, I could override the threads inside the lid and push the lid into place which hurts my wrist. I am a strong woman too. The US Army teaches "Never force anything". Can't avoid it with this grinder. Bad mechanical engineering!

This works best out of all electric grinders I have ever bought ... Once fully charged it can be weeks before u need another one even a month .. it's too good but overall just keep all parts close together so u won't misplace anything

Well, this is a great grinder. I don’t like the plastic cover much. It’s very hard to clean any resin depending on what type of herb you are grinding. I would’ve preferred an entirely stainless container. For me the dispenser on the end gets clogged consistently and isn’t really a benefit as it was designed.

This little guy does a great job! But it's technically not a grinder; it has a blade like a food processor. I tend to pull apart my herbs before I add it to the grinder and get rid of any stems or anything else I don't want in the final product. Once you start the grinder, your pretty much done. The grinder will stop automatically when it senses the grind is complete. A great feature I wouldn't have expected for a unit at this price point. The only downside of the thing is the battery. It only lasts a few minutes when grinding and tends to drain when not in use. I've had it about 4 months and it hasn't failed me yet.
