Although I didn't get to use it... I did originally purchase it for a few reasons. One it was a well-known brand (Cuisinart). Also for its powerful 500 watt motor and its diecast metal exterior which let me know it was a solid mixer that could handle almost everything, & at the sale price of $180 how could I go wrong. Prior to this purchase I decided to get one of the many no-name brands offered that was described to sound like a great deal with all of its extra attachments it came with & a so-called more powerful (all-copper) motor. It was even $10 cheaper than this one's sale price. Well when I tell you the first time I used it, it was a terrible experience. So I packaged it up and returned it right away and that's when I found this one & ordered it hoping it could handle my needs. Although before I had a chance to open it and use it for the purpose of why I purchased these mixers in the first place... Which is mostly making heavy sticky doughs. I came across an amazing deal for a professional series KitchenAid (best in the business) and even though it was $120 more than this mixer I was still saving $225 off its original price and I knew it definitely would handle heavy dough mixes. So I do wish I had the opportunity to try this Cuisinart, because at the very least I know it could handle most people's needs, I just don't know if it could handle my excessive dough making needs. La encendí y según el manual fui realizando cada paso para a la hora de hacer una receta ya esté familiarizada; todo fue súper fácil. Me encanta lo moderna y delicada que es, se siente de muy buena calidad y sobre todo, es de un tamaño adecuado. En TIKTOK vi buenas reseñas y por ello me sentí en confianza para poder realizar la compra, más que a diferencia de otras batidoras, esta te permite realizar masa para pan a un límite establecido previamente en el manual. De por sí esta es una excelente marca; les recomiendo a ojos cerrados realizar la compra. No tiene un sonido desagradable, tiene accesorios de calidad, las opciones que te da para cremar la mantequilla o hacer masa para pizza nos brinda la facilidad de realizar otras cosas sin tener que estar pendiente del tiempo o de la velocidad porque ella solita lo hace por ti. Amo amo amoooo, el día que tengan para venta una rosada de tamaño comercial estoy segurísima que sería la primera en adquirirla.
