Description

Say goodbye to using your hands and messy sessions. The Banana Bros OTTO grinder makes it easy to grind perfectly every time. Just load, press, and enjoy — it’s that simple. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a casual user, OTTO gives you fast, consistent results with zero hassle. Smarter prep. Smoother experience. More chill. Meet the Banana Bros OTTO – the smart electric grinder that grinds with precision and ease. Just load your spices, press the button, and let OTTO do the rest. Perfectly ground and packed every time, with no mess and no effort. Whether you’re at home or on the go, OTTO is your go-to solution for a smoother, simpler experience. How long does it take OTTO to charge? Although it will feel like forever, it only takes 45-minutes. Why is it called a SMART milling technology with AI? Ordinary grinders don’t react to material, causing clumping, balling, or uneven grinds. Our patented SMART Milling Technology senses material in real time, adjusting speed, direction, and pressure to deliver perfect, consistent texture every time. How long does the battery last? Way long. A full charge will last at least 20 fills. What is the difference between milling and grinding? Milling is a more precise procedure, which ensures a more consistent size and texture without crushing or creating powder. What happens if the material sticks to the milling plates? If material is too sticky, you may need to dry it for a few hours or more before feeding it to OTTO.

    • Great quality
Color: Black Size: No Carrying Case
Ordered 2 weeks ago and waited to write a review to make sure I was 100% honest. It is great I have used it several times now and have not had any problems at all worth the investment for sure. I would definitely buy again or even buy one for a gift!

    • super easy to use
I have arthritis in my right hand and there are days when it hurts to use it so I smoke to relieve the pain and grinding with my original grinder sucked as some days I couldn't even grab it let alone twist it. Now it's all just a push of a button and this grinder lets me fill a bowl with auto stop when its full. I love this grinder absolutely worth every penny. Just have to remember to turn it off, wish it had an auto shut off, but no big deal. ... show more

    • The perfect device for a blind stoner
Color: Black Size: No Carrying Case
My dad is 72 years old and has been legally blind his whole life. With his vision getting worse, he said that all he wanted for his birthday was an automatic joint roller to make it easier for him to roll joints. I tried to find the product that would be easiest for him to use, and settled on the Otto. It was a bit more expensive than some other options, but seemed like the best device that actually does the whole process for you (and also dispenses into joint papers rather than tobacco papers). I walked him through using it today and he was thrilled. He says he'll never have any problem using this device. It's easy to use, the buttons are easy to feel, and it makes a sound when it turns on. The whole device is, in fact, easy enough to use with your eyes closed. ... show more

    • No Waste So Far [Update: Poor Craftsmanship]
Color: Black Size: No Carrying Case
Review Image by Chris in Oregon
I have not had a bad preroll since I've started using this grinder. My only complaint is that you need to slam it down in order to get product out of the holding chamber. It's supposedly designed that way but I feel like I'm going to eventually break it. Still great, though. Update 9/17/2024: I had my criticisms of the design and it seems my concern was warranted. The preroll tube holder that came with it is made of thin plastic and broke just a few months in. We hot glued it...twice, and it's broken twice more. Also, it stopped working entirely about a week ago so I opened the device up to find the battery inside ballooned (see the photo). I tried contacting the manufacturer but was told I was SOL because I dared to investigate a problem with a device I own. I just bought a Mamba grinder that appears to have a better design for less than a third of the price of this one. I would expect a grinder in the hundreds of dollars to last longer than 15 months and to have better post-purchase support. ... show more

    • The good, bad and Ugly
Color: Black Size: No Carrying Case
Now to my review of the auto roller. I’ll start with the good then to the bad. The good. :It rolls joints :Supper high quality moldings on the plastics with a nice anti stick almost soft plastic texture. That part is expensive to manufacture so big points to that. The fit finish alone makes me know this is not a cheap item. :It’s a well thought out unit. (See the pic with this text). In the open position the hinge is maxed open but rests perfectly on the table like dead nuts perfect. Again making it feel like it’s a premium product. :I’ve ran around 1/3 ounce through it and it’s to the point it needs to be cleaned. Still works fine so points. :I’ve never had to unclog it or have it not grind all the bud. :The preprogrammed grinding sequence it does is very smart. Almost makes you think it’s getting feed back and changing how it grinds based on load…not the case but still points for making me think that’s a possibility The bad. :Battery life is not the best you get around 6-10 joints per charge over 2-3 days in my experience. Not terrible but not great. :It does not work while plugged in and charging. I’m going to go on a rant on this topic but it’s pretty unacceptable for any DC product to not work while plugged in and charging. It’s a $0.03 one way mosfet to add that functionality. :It uses a micro usb as the charging port. It’s 2025 and we got Apple to use type c. Everything should be type c. ... show more

I purchased this grinder as a gift for my father, who uses flower for medical purposes. After seeing it in person, I was impressed by the overall build quality. The finish is well done, and it feels like a very well-made product. My father is over 70 years old, and he finds it easy and convenient to use. He has been very happy with it so far. Because of the positive experience, I’m planning to purchase a few more as gifts for friends ***My father had never cleaned the device, so the inside became quite sticky over time. I’m helping him clean it now, and it seems to be working much better afterward. Because of the way the device works, I think it’s a good idea to clean it regularly after use. A little maintenance goes a long way in keeping it performing at its best. ... show more

FINAL UPDATE: It’s been over a year and this product is a staple in my husbands life. It still works wonderfully and has genuinely saved us from a number of fights. He used to take forever getting out the door due to hand rolling joints, now when he says he has “one more thing to do before we leave.” It’s alot less stressful because I know he’ll be ready in 2 minutes or less. Thanks OTTO! UPDATE: customer service was great! They sent me a new one the very next day, so we’re still on track for Christmas morning. Packaging and product was much better (looked new unlike the first one I received). I’ll bump my 3 star to a 5 if it works well when he uses it! — So far I’m really disappointed. My package just arrived and it looks like it’s a used product. The packaging is all scratched up and so is the grinder. This was clearly a returned item. Im super frustrated because this is a Christmas gift for my husband and I doubt I would have enough time to exchange or return it. Not sure if it works but really hoping it does (it’s charging now) Fingers crossed :( ... show more
