The fireplace looks exactly what was pictured, except even better in person. It’s very solid construction, I have a heavy mirror on top and it has no issues supporting it. Very pleased with the overall appearance. Assembly was straightforward and easy to complete by myself. Be aware that the fireplace comes in two packages. The delivery service only delivered one package to my residence, but the seller was quick to get a replacement sent to me without any trouble. Great customer service, they were attentive in getting the it sent out, keeping me informed of the tracking number, and empathizing with the situation. The assembly was not bad 2 people are needed. Be careful when putting the screws in one of mine came through the front bottom left. It would of helped alot if each piece was numbered and up and down arrows. I'm pleased looks good. (For the price)

I was a bit worried that the fireplace would look cheap as it was $377. BUT, let me say I LOVE this fireplace so much. It was super easy to assemble and all the drill holes were lined up. We bought this unit to replace one that was nearing the end. Packaging was excellent and everything arrive in perfect order. Assembly of the mantle was moderately difficult for one person, but another helper might just get in the way!! All parts were present and, while which part was needed next was intuitive, part number stickers would have been helpful and a complement to the excellent instructions. Attaching the “fire” unit was easy but you should drill 4 pilot holes for the tiny screws that secure the unit.
