Arrived undamaged. 😀. Assembly was simple. We like the size and glad we didn't order the smaller one. The electric insert is nice, but might not be everyone's taste. We like the amber setting but think the "logs" glow too much to look realistic, but it still looks nice. The heater reminds me of toaster heating elements only thicker. Another electric insert we have does a 1000% better job of heating. This one...don't expect to hear a small room. Takes a long time to even "take the chill off" of a small bedroom. ... show more

Love the fireplace but the mantel wood looks a bit plastic. The rock had a small minor chip to it. But, overall I love the product and will keep it. It is very beautiful and the features are excellent.

The fireplace itself is lovely and was easy to install. It seems to heat up well and is true to description. The remote however does not work. I've tried a fresh battery in case to no avail. I can't figure out her to contact the company to get a new remote.
