The issue is.. it keeps tripping the fuse, we’ve tried it in several outlets and can’t seem to get it to run for more than 10 minutes. We ordered this to replace a cheaper space heater we had—with similar features. In the room we use it in, it’s nice to have this as a little inexpensive accent—that is functional if we get a little chilly. I really love the aesthetics and size. Obviously it’s fake wood on the sides but cute nonetheless. The heat feature instantly kicks out warm air-and has adjustable temperature and airflow options! The one downside (minor!) is that while we mainly wanted it for the coziness of the flames, you can’t have the flames on without having the temperature up—meaning the little status light also needs to be on. It’s extremely nitpicky, but we would love to see the flames without the status light. For the heat, it makes sense to see it—and know that you have the heat on—but for just lighting, it seems unnecessary. Otherwise, we really love it—and especially love the tip-over safety feature. Be careful with this item. It worked quite well until exactly one day after the return period ended. We had great hopes that this heater would last long enough to warrant the price. It's cute and it works. The carry strap is an added convenience too. I put this in my 10X10 studio shed to keep me warm while I do stuff out there. One thing than many descriptions don't mention, and that I'm sensitive to, is the exact frequencies put out by fan driven machines and gadgets while they are operating. I don't mind hearing something as long as it isn't annoying. That's why I usually buy the oil circulating space heaters that are silent. The just heat without making noise. But they take time to heat up a space, and in this shed I just want to be able to crank up the heat on a cold day and have it heat up sooner than later, so I went back to the fan driven space heater. This one is audible, but not as loud as some, and the frequencies it emits are low and not annoying at all. This heater looks good, works, and sounds goo (to me) too. ... show more

The overall aesthetic of this electric fireplace was the first thing that drew my attention to it. The fact that it is just 15 inches in height makes it very portable and adaptable to a wide variety of places and settings, including studio flats, modestly sized living rooms, and even beds. Any space can be given a dash of sophistication and allure with the addition of the realistic 3D flame effect, which also produces a warm and inviting atmosphere that is ideal for unwinding. The heating performance is above and beyond expectations. I like the ability to simply alter the level of warmth to suit my preferences thanks to the two different heating choices (750W and 1500W). My room will always be at a pleasant temperature thanks to the programmable thermostat, which enables exact temperature control and prevents the space from being too hot. This function not only helps keep you warm, but it also helps you save money on your monthly energy bills. The fact that there are four different settings for the flame's brightness is a lovely touch. They make it possible for me to adjust the strength of the flame effect to accommodate a variety of ambiances and lighting requirements.
