Looks great & works as advertised.
Size: 45"W x 21.6"H
We used this electric fireplace to replace our wood fireplace. The installation instructions were not very good, but after some modifications we were able to install it and get it operational. Once it was installed, it worked as advertised and provided enough heat to keep our family room warm and cozy.

Just as advertised.
This item came packaged so wonderfully. It was a box within a box with high quality packaging around the internal box. Was very impressed with this, being it's large and somewhat heavy nice to see this as no damage could occur. This fireplace is beautiful and it fit right in the spot we put it. Couldn't be happier. We didn't use the wood look or the wood pieces only the colored rocks. It comes with some amber and brown which really adds to the color. Highly recommend this fireplace.

Love This!
Size: 42"W x 21.6"H
This electric fireplace adds a really nice touch to our living room. I looked at several similar fireplace inserts online and wanted one that would look more like a gas flame. This one does just that. Haven't tried the heating element yet because it hasn't been cool enough, but looking forward to being cozy on those cold fall and winter days.

Loved this fireplace!
Size: 36"W x 21.6"H
Purchased this electric fire place to replace an old wood burner insert and it had to fit in the space that was there. The listing had all the measurements for this model and it fit perfectly! Love the colors and the ease of use. It does have a feature that will provide heat if you want. Very pleased with this purchase!

Clicking noise
Size: 45"W x 21.6"H
The media could not be loaded. Item looked great and everything until I plugged it in and tested to make sure every feature worked. That's when I noticed an incredibly loud clicking noise coming from the back of the fireplace almost as if gears are getting stuck. I can't even get a replacement, I HAVE to return it and buy a new one but the cost has risen by 30 bucks which is incredibly stupid in my opinion. Update* I have discovered the problem as the picture shows, it seems the bar in back was never seated properly from factory. I tried contacting dreamflame support and after getting them the information for the problem I heard nothing back. Update* I am moving my rating from 1 star to 4 because there support team did get in touch with me after some time and refunded me for the work that I did.
