Let me start by : if I like a product I’ll write a nice review . Good stuff has to be shared . CUSTOMER SERVICE : super fast . The team send you an email or text and follow up about your experience, problems or questions you might have. ASSEMBLY: Comes with manual and pictures. All the tools you need and an air pump ( very nice one) . It took me 1 1/2 hours to get it done. . Make sure you check the bolts and Allen bolts. It’s a 35 mile e-bike. If you have a question , text the seller . ( quick response) E-BIKE : I was searching for something about $2000 and 3000w motor hub. I decided to take a look at Amazon . I saw GLOBALKEEP E-BIKE.. $700 ( one rear motor ) , $ 800 for dual motor . The bike is not cheap. I’m a mechanic and I know cheap or good stuff when I see it. This bike is awesome , I got speeds of 35 miles . If you want one rear motor , the bike is powerfully enough to carry two people . You might get around 21 or 23 miles per hour. ( it’s super fast , coming for a 1000w motor ) . You don’t need a dual motor , but if you want to get 35 miles : GET THE DUAL MOTOR. You start with the rear one and then before you get on the hill or slope, turn the front motor and you going to get 22 to 25 miles up the hill. This bike got the torque you need . You can follow the traffic on the city easily . Don’t try to start with the front motor : TO MUCH TORQUE. Start with rear and then turn the front . The bike is fast . BATTERY : On my first ride , the battery was 98% ( I didn’t charge ) I rode for about 2 hours, almost 16 miles . I got 80% when I got back home, alternating from rear to dual motor occasionally because the hills and sometimes traffic ( wanted to keep up with traffic ) . Battery is nice, still a new battery. I’m planning to contact the seller and get one spare battery. MY OPINION : the seller deserves some attention. The e-bike is very nice assembled and customer service is reliable and very good. Good quality e-bike. Forget about $3000 e-bike. If it’s your first e-bike . Buy this one. Again. The seller didn’t pay or gave something in exchange to write this review . If I liked the e-bike , I reviewed it . I’ll come back for more business. ... show more

This bike has very little power the chain broke after three rides it showed in all the diagrams it came with a deriller and manual gears on the rear wheel it did not supposed to have turn signals it did not I do not recommend this bike thanks

The media could not be loaded. The hi-keep k6 mini is an amazing bike if you’re looking for power without sacrificing comfort. Super fast shipping, good quality throttle, low seat height, and very easy to assemble love the bike but the only problem is its pretty heavy 4.5 stars

This bike has major quality and safety problems. Within the first week of very light, normal use, the front wheel detached, the suspension failed, the seat collapsed, and the frame bent. A steel frame should not bend under normal riding conditions. This was not misuse or an accident — it was casual riding on flat ground and grass. Multiple components failed almost immediately, making the bike unsafe to ride. Additionally, the seller advertises free returns, but refused to provide a prepaid return label for a defective product, leaving the customer responsible for extremely expensive return shipping. I strongly advise against purchasing this bike. Safety, build quality, and customer support are all unacceptable. ... show more
