I ordered this before the snow season and have had plenty of snow to work with over the past 2 months. The assembly was quite simple and the battery charges and holds for a good amount of time. The size and weight of the shovel is good. It did take a little bit to understand how this works, but that wasn't real bad. We had about 3 or 4 inches of powder snow and this did great on my walkway. The snow blows out pretty good, although it blows straight ahead. I just did cross sections instead of total length and it worked great. I did try another time with sleet and snow mix, but it was to heavy to throw out very well. So, it has good power for general use with dry snow and makes it easier to shovel.

Easy to assemble. Charged the battery and it immediately worked. Upon encountering snow it became painfully obvious it is suited for snowy environments such as Miami, Phoenix, or San Diego. 2 inches of snow and it chokes out. Battery dies in about 10 minutes.

This is a great little lightweight cordless electric snow shovel that even a grandmother like me can handle! The battery lasts for a sufficient length of time for me to remove snow from the front walks and to make a path to my bird feeders on my back patio. There is some assembly required which I was able to do all by myself (my boys were proud of me!). It did take some strength to assemble the pole, but I was able to do it by pushing down on my carpeted floor. As much as I love the actual product, I was even more impressed by the incredible customer service I received from both Amazon and from the manufacturer. On my first try with this electric shovel, I accidentally caught my dog's tie-out that was hooked a little above the step I was clearing. My machine caught the tie-out and it tore the scraper off the bottom. The Amazon customer service agent I talked with was super kind and empathetic and said he would connect me directly with the company, which he did. I heard from the company in less than 24 hours and the folks there tried to help me still be able to use my shovel since the motor was not damaged. We went back and forth trying various things for a couple of days, but the shovel still did not perform properly. The company was always quick to respond, but when none of the suggestions fixed the issue, they promptly refunded my full purchase price. Additionally, my Amazon customer service agent called me back to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction! I couldn't have been more pleased with all Amazon and the company did for me. I truly believe that customer service is 90% of a product's value and all parties in this instance receive 100% for their help and care! For all these reasons, I repurchased this electric snow shovel and am avoiding our dog's tie-out! Thank you for a great product and super excellent customer service!

This could not handle about 4 inches of wetter snow. It ended up just pushing the snow instead of throwing it. I adjust the angle several times to no avail. Very disappointed after reading good reviews.

It was easy to assemble. I was really excited about the concept. After using twice, I would say it's might be fine if your not shoveling too much snow. The snow blade broke off during my second time using it. The first time I used it we'd had less than one inch of snow and it worked fine, other than the handle coming loose. I had high hopes for future snowfalls. The second time we had about 8 inches snow and that was obviously too much. Also, the handle kept coming loose because the bolt doesn't tighten completely. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it

I can’t tell you if the shovel works because, I can’t seem to connect the handle. I was able to fasten 2 parts but not the third. Of course the video was simple and the person demonstrating it had no problem. I did exactly as the video modeled and mine did not fasten. The return time has passed and I am stuck with a plastic shovel that I cannot connect to use. I am very disappointed.

This snow shovel is rechargable and charges in about 35 minutes. It went together pretty easily but we had trouble with the middle piece of the handle staying on. I messaged the seller and they told me what to do and it fixed easily (had to loosen a couple screws and adjust it). We had some snow last week but it was only like 3 inches and wet. It did blow some but also got stuck a bit as it was really wet snow. We just got like 10 inches of fluffy snow before it changed to sleet. Our driveway is too big but I did out sidewalk in 2 passes. I did the top few inches first then went back and did the rest. It worked good that way. I did have to charge the battery for the second pass so it would be nice to have 2 batteries , but it does carge up fast. It clears 14 inch wide paths. It didn't throw the snow as far as it says but under the right circumstances, like height and type of snow it would be good. All on all it is a good snow shovel/thrower. Just works best on the light fluffy snow.
