We have windstorms here, causing our power to flicker several times. It caused a problem with the cooktop working correctly. I tried a couple of times to contact tech support, but got no response. Only through Amazon form. There's no phone number or contact information for this company. Cooktop works ok, but if you have trouble and need tech support, you'll be on your own.
