This cooktop has been an incredible improvement over the 1964-era cooktop it replaced. My wife loves how easy it is to clean. The different sizes and shapes of the burners make it easy to cook a variety of foods. The long burner is excellent for a griddle (I love to make breakfast), and the bottom left is her favorite for stir-fry. We did have an issue with the cooktop after owning it for about a year, but the Amzchef Team resolved everything quickly and professionally. Overall, we are delighted with our purchase. It looks great, works as it should, and allows us to cook using many different sizes and shapes of cookware.

Purchased the stovetop and had it stop working one day before a full year had passed. Before that it had worked outstandingly well! I removed an old gas cooktop and prefer this to it by far. Finally, I can simmer again. As the stovetop is a very economical option, I did not expect it to last forever, but not even a year had me a bit let down. That was until I reached out to Amzchef support. I was greated by Lynette who was quick to respond and very friendly right from the beginning. I provided some basic information about checking the breaker, and that the stovetop was not in “lock mode”. Lynette only requested a quick video showing the non-responsive stovetop, that she would share internally. After a brief consult I received another email with repair and replacement options! I now have a newly installed stovetop and am a HAPPY Amzchef customer. Thank you Lynette and team for the superior customer support!

When my Kitchen aid was cracked by a dropped heavy object, I decided achy I will not pay $2000 for a new one, so I looked at different models. This one I liked the fact that has five cooking areas and the one in the middle is double. I liked the controls bing just flat in surface like the one before, which increases the cooking area and the cleaning is much easier. It was installed by an electrician, but it looks easy to replace the old one, and it fit perfectly where the old one was, the same cut in marble and size. I used it already and loved it, Some people reviews here say it is not getting hot, it takes forever to boil water, etc., we’ll not true. It is as fast and good as my old expensive one. I recommend it.

I don't know what am I doing wrong but once the oil spills on it, and the burner is hot, it will leave a residue or fog it up. and won't come off. I have had it just for 2 months and you can see the glass being fogged up. But it looks great in the house and it works every time.
