This camera takes amazing photos. Its a good nifty-fifty for your aps-c camera, also pretty good for macro photography. My only problem with this lense is the paint seems to be wearing off already. Only had it for a day and theres already white splotches on the outside of the lense.

Nikon's newest DX version of a nifty-fifty with macro abilities. After owning it for a couple of months it's a fun lens to go for a walk with. It focuses fast enough, sharpness has been good, fast for low light (but loses some quality obviously). It is very light, but a bit big. t's just a fun DX lens to have, especially at the price. No complaints about lens finish. It doesn't feel like an expensive lens, but the finish has been fine unlike what another review has posted. ... show more
