This bike is above and beyond what I expected to get. Everything is perfect exactly like I wanted it. The weight so that I can get up and down the stairs with it is perfect. It is so smooth on the road riding, it is wow. Everything is heavy duty and feels significant and substantial. The electric motor kicks in at the perfect time while pedaling to keep you up to speed no matter what. This is my first electric bike like this and wow again I have to say. Thank you to everybody. The media could not be loaded. Husband loves this ebike. Easy to assemble and got him back riding despite some health issues (if he gets tired of peddling he can take a break and let the bike to the work) which has him back exercising again. Not too high priced based quality.Watch it though they discounted the bike $50 bit then charged $50 for delivery. Other bikes this vendor sells the discounted the bike higher amounts but also charged higher shipping that matched the discount. Still not unhappy with the bike just no real discounts happening ... show more

The bike was great for a month after purchasing it the cap with the power button which controls the shifters just flew off and now the battery. there is no way to contact the seller. The options continuously send me through trouble shooting questions, when I need a replacement parts. It’s frustrating because my son loves this bike but it’s dangerous for him to ride it with the circuits exposed. ... show more

    • Improved customer service. Good bike
Edit 12/29/25: Customer service improved greatly. They started to make contact with me and started to respond with much better frequency. They sent a replacement front LED light which arrived after a couple of days and I can now say that the bike is completely working. I went for a ride during the evening and the light was bright. The ride was smooth with the pedal assist levels working very well. Level 1 goes to about 10mph max, level 2 goes to about 15 mph, and level 5 gets to about 25 mph. I'm now very satisfied with the bike performance and for the price it can't be beat. After an initial slow start with customer service, they made up for it and have been very cooperative since. ================ Customer service has been horrible to deal with. The bike came with the LED lights not working. I emailed customer service with the issue and provided the necessary information about the issue. After receiving communication after a day, they have no longer been responsive. Everything else on the bike seems to be working. The max speed I have gotten the bike only seems to be 25 mph. If customer service was better and I had a fully functioning bike, I would imagine the bike is good for the price. ... show more

UPDATE: Traced the cables and found that the headlight/horn cable was unplugged inside the wrapped cable trunk leading to the handlebars. Light and horn both work now! I've updated my review to 5 stars. Will be testing it out this weekend. Will post more later. Put it together and headlight and horn don't work. I've emailed support and waiting on a response. I'll update when I hear from them. Other than that I'm very pleased with it so far. ... show more
